Well it's almost 2 years since I took the plunge in getting my first hair system, and I am so glad I did.. Looking back the only regret is that I didn't contact Hair Systems Manchester sooner!!! The confidence I've gained from it all is unbelievable. The staff are extremely friendly and they bend over backwards to make sure you're happy with everything, you can rest assured you're in safe hands and that you'll be treated with first class service. Thank you all again :)

Suffered with bad hair all my life. It started falling out at 15 so tried the other routes of a painful hair transplant that failed and was on the verge of trying it again 15 years later as technology has moved on. My friend went to have a hair transplant 4 weeks ago and came back with the same story, even if it works, I’m never having that done again. Pain was brutal”. From start to finish with these guys they made me feel comfortable and welcomed any questions. Super helpful and I couldn’t be happier with how it looks and feels. Having quite a lot of fun doing my hair for once. 30seconds and it’s done. The leave in conditioner smells gorgeous too. Big thank you to Clare and everyone there 10/10

Words cannot express how happy I am that I found this place, after years of suffering from hair loss I finally found a solution that has helped me gain my self-confidence back. It's changed who I am as a person and I can finally have the full head of hair I have always dreamed of. Through the process me and Niel had a great chat. Never new my hair technician could be so understanding. The prices are also reasonable and affordable. I am super happy and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

As a man in his 20s losing his hair I've been self conscious about it for a long time. I've been looking into hair systems for a long time as well but only now did I get the courage to finally go for it. The consultation was great and they booked me in for a fitting the next day. The customer service is fantastic, and everyone there is so friendly and compassionate. Other clients that were coming in and out were all clearly very comfortable and got on with the staff like they were friends. There's clearly a strong bond between the staff and clients which helped put my nerves at ease. The system itself, although only fitted yesterday is great so far. The stylist blends them so well you really can't tell without super close examination where the real hair ends and the system begins. They are also very informative, telling you everything you need to know about caring for the system to maximise its lifespan and are honest about what to expect, with regards to the lifespan of your first system which they say is almost never as long as the rest, and also about what could potentially go wrong with it without proper care. Overall I feel very confident about this system staying on my head and that if needed, they're only a phone call away to help with a problem. I've seen a few bad reviews on here, but judging from their lack of literary skills and nonsensical ramblings, they weren't listening and didn't care for the system properly. Thanks HSM, I'll be seeing you again soon I'm sure

I’ve been looking into hair systems for a while now and came across hair systems Manchester. I contacted them and was offered a consultation very quickly. The consultation was very detailed and explained fully and professionally, and there was no pressure. I was booked in and fitted the next day! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and Neil was amazing. I’m so much happier in myself now I’ve had this done, and know I’ll be looked after. I had a consultation with Stephen about two weeks ago and he was very helpful and listened to my experiences of my hair loss and being let down by hair loss products as i left it far too late to use them! He explained the fitting procedure of the hair system and he had Neil a member of his staff to match my hair colour. I was booked in for yesterday. I must say Steve, Neil,Jude and Sylvia all made me feel very welcome and Neil has done an excellent job of my hair system!!! I fully recommend them and showed my mate Rob yesterday the results!!! Definately can recommend hair systems if you are thinking of a hair system. After years of thinning hair and balding, numerous products and hair fibres use i decided to do it and do not regret it. From consultation to fitting felt very at ease the team are very friendly and helpful and constantly check up to make sure you are ok and managing with it. There are some do's and donts which are explained in detail. I have only had my system for just over a month but have no regrets and I love my new look. Definitely glad I went here , thanks everyone :)
