Had an amazing facial with Jodie last week, my skin felt so clean and fresh afterwards. Felt really relaxed after it. The neck and shoulder massage was unreal. This was such a treat. Cannot wait to book further treatments. Highly recommend. Also had some facial waxing with Helen this afternoon, she was very thorough. The process was pain free, skin feels lovely and smooth. Lovely girls and salon. I’m in the hair and beauty industry myself and always recommended the salon to my clients for beauty treatments. Thanks a million!

I’ve been going to jems for 9 years and I am obsessed! I have everything fine there from pedicures, lash tint, threading and tans. My microblading is insane, the results are amazing! However today I treated myself to a massage with Jodie and it was UNBELIEVABLE!!!! The woman has serious talents I came away feeling like a new woman! The girls are all sweet and caring and hilarious, proper family atmosphere everytime I go in (which is a lot). Hands down best place for any beauty needs!

Went in for a laser hair removal test. great explanation of the procedures and after care.all booked in for my first session. Whilst there and waiting they very kindly fitted me in for an eyebrow wax. Can’t fault the friendliness and service, get yourselves booked in.

I really want to thank the team for their advice and treatment particularly since I missed two appointments unlike me and they gave me a free skincare assessment on the machine advised the mesotherapy and I had the first treatment today. Plus they very kindly included a manicure and painting nails in advance of other treatments I have booked for my daughters wedding in April. They were more than understanding about my failed appointments , went out of their way to fit me in despite this and offered the free manicure whilst I had the mesotherapy. So I am delighted by and enjoyed my experience there today.thankyou very much x

I’ve been so impressed and happy with the treatments I’ve received at Jems. The girls are extremely professional. The salon is so clean and modern too which is always a huge bonus. But the staff are amazing at what they do. My LVL lashes are insane and I love them. Also had my eyebrows microbladed, they look amazing and natural, didn’t hurt at all and Jodie made me feel so comfortable. After care is also excellent which is a very important service too. Highly recommend Jems. I will be back again and again

I have been to this salon a few times, I was looked after by Aimee a young student at the time. I had a pedicure and manicure a spray tan. She was so professional and had excellent knowledge of the products which made me relax and enjoy my pamper It also made me want to go back for more. Since I've enjoyed having further professional relaxing experiences, having my eye brows and lashes tinted, Gel nails, I will be back for another spray tan and more pampering. Originally, I went to Jems just for HD brows but now I have had different types of facials and have tried the collagen glove treatment, which I'll definitely have again. Jodie and the team are friendly and approachable with lots of knowledge and up to date information on all the treatments they have to offer. I would recommend the salon to people of all ages.

I have been going to Jems since it opened and have personally had Jodie as my Beauty Therapist for the past 17 years. I felt compelled to give Jodie and the girls at Jems a well deserved review. Jodie has wonderful customer care and understanding. She makes her business on the needs of the customer and helping you to feel beautiful. Today, I have the most amazing treatment with Jodie, which was a combination dermaplanning and Environ facial, tailor made for me to reinvigorate and rejuvenate. It was truly wonderful, and my skin feels hydrated and refreshed. Jodie is a expert in her trade and I have never had the need or desire to go elsewhere is all the years. Lisa, Hayley and Amy are the beauty therapy team alongside Jodie. They are all warm, friendly and talented with great customer service and all make the experience from the first minute when you walk In the door, to the treatments you receive and the amazing feeling you have when you leave, a really relaxing and nurturing experience .

The best salon without a doubt, the girls are not only amazing at what they do but they are all hilarious and gorgeous girls. Have everything done at Jems that I possibly can but by far the best is the micro blading with Jodie!! Wow!! It lasted 19 months the first time round and everyone compliments how fab they are. Just had an anti-aging and firming facial here, great value for money, it has taken 10 years off me no doubt! Love this place, really friendly down to earth staff, wish I could afford to go every day. My last pedicure still going strong after a month! Also Lauren Lee make up is the best, she did mine and my hair for my friend's wedding and it was brilliant. I would recommend to anyone.

Just had Dermaplaning and I’m so happy with the results my skin feels and looks amazing. It didn’t take very long at all and you get a relaxing face massage on a heated bed as part of the treatment. Highly recommend Jodie at Jems for this.

Lisa is amazing! So lovely and reassuring and really knows her stuff. I couldn’t find a tan I liked anywhere else - but she got it perfect straight away! Also I love the fact that it only has to be on for 3 hours so I can get on with my day - very much recommend!

I’ve always had the best treatments here Back massage, luxury mani and pedi gel nails and toes that last for weeks, brow tinting and shaping their spray tans are fabulous and so natural they shower off after 3 hours and still keep working I’ve never streaked or been patchy!! I love the dermaplaning treatment makes my skin soooo smooth I’ve had skin tags removed from my underarm and neck. Oh waxing is just brilliant! Botox lip fillers and a full range of aesthetics treatments are fabulous too!
