J. M.The nails are great however it massively lacks customer service. Every time I have booked an appointment they allow people to walk in and sit down before those people that have actually phoned and booked! Several times when i have been they have been dealing with more than one client at a time which doubles the time you are in there. My last visit I was sat there for 20 minutes despite having an appointment before walking out, as a full time working mum my time is precious and unfortunately I will not be back

S. W.I can not fault Lam the new owner of the shop. When entering the shop I was asked to fill in my contact details to be (Covid safe ) asked to wash my hands and followed by hand sanitiser and to keep my face mask on .
I Had a very relaxing pedicure and followed by gel french toes
