I booked pout Academy for my graduation. The issue has been resolved with the company directly. She was apologetic in her manner and provided a reimbursement for the service. The owner had a legible reason and therefore understandably couldn’t attend the appointment and was unable to contact me though I tried to contact the salon. It was only until now it’s been resolved. Some people are in similar situations but if you contact the salon or email someone will get back to you.

Ok so…. I am a plus size lady, and have battled with my weight for years. Since gaining weight I honestly stopped trying with my hair, my make up, everything. Well, I got invited to an event and thought I’d treat myself to my make up being done by Anna. OMG. I did not recognise myself when she was through with me. Not in 10+ years have I looked in the mirror and thought “I look beautiful” but I did that night. Anna, your work is incredible. Thankyou for giving me a few hours of confidence, it meant more than you can know ❤️❤️

Anna is incredibly talented and so passionate about what she does. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my make up done. Anna will always try to accommodate you even through busy periods and is genuinely one of the nicest people I have met. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this place for about 3/4 years now and it is honestly the most welcoming place. I am probably there nearly every week due to the amazing work they do on my hair and makeup and just the really good energy when you’re there. Every staff member is so lovely and also amazing at what they do. The vibes as soon as you walk in that door are nothing but positive 💓The amount of compliments I receive on my hair and makeup when i’m out is crazy!! Would 1000% recommend xxx

I won’t trust anyone or anywhere else to do my makeup for any event I might have. Kieron is my go to makeup artist but I have used most of the makeup artists in pout and they are all great who have been trained by Anna to a very HIGH STANDARD… Can’t recommend enough been going here for the last 5 years and always leave very happy and looking fabulous.

This course is well worth taking, it is suitable for beginners, like myself, and for professionals too. I can't speak highly enough of this course, its amazing how much I have learned over the last 18 lessons! I have learned all about foundation shades and how to match them to different skin tones and different skin types, which types of primer to use, which eyeshadow, blusher and contour shades are needed to build my kit. I have been taught several different wearable makeup looks for day, evening, wedding, festival, and much more- the makeup looks that clients want and ask for. Anna, Rosie, Patrick and Millie demonstrate and explain clearly the when, what, why and how to get the very best out of the makeup kit, and which tools are essential, along with many trade secrets Id never have known otherwise! I cant thank everyone at Pout patrol enough, at the beginning I didnt think Id ever actually be able to blend..! Now this course has given me bags of confidence with my make up skills. Five stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Eyebrows by Ash I first had my eyebrows done from Ash last year 2016, and she transformed my eyebrow making them perfect with her very steady hand and passion for perfection. I have just had my yearly top up and really pleased yet again. For anyone who is debating semi permanent eyebrows, I can't recommend Ash enough. I spent months scrolling through Facebook and Instagram looking for an artist who did the perfect eyebrow, I came across many really good artists but when I came across Ash's 'before and after' photos, I just knew she was the person I needed to go to. I booked straight away and it was just a bonus she only worked in a salon 30 minutes away from me. Pain free, just a bit of anticipated discomfort. Charlotte McAvoy
