I wish I could run a poll to know what others think about these nails, maybe I'm misjudging. Would you believe if I told you they are just about 24 hours old? WITH ALL THAT SPACE AND POLISH MISSING BETWEEN THE ACRYLIC AND THE BACK OF MY NAILS. The salon was nice, cool experience overall. My only issue was being gaslit into believing the space(s) showing there were normal and for the protection of my skin. I'm not a baby in the nail game, but I didn't have the strength to argue. It was my 1st time there and I only noticed at the end of the session. But an apology should have been tendered instead of the lie I was told. This is how much space comes up when my other nails are about 2 to 3 weeks old, but this is what I left the nail salon with yesterday. I paid full price and everything. I likely won't be going back. Pls do better. I hate that I even have to write this.

I didn't have much time to do my nails,just 1 hour because i needed to pick up my son from school and they squeezed me in and were extremely fast on doing my nails. Love my nails. Exactly the same as in the photo i have shown them to do.

Have been coming here for a few months now. Good prices, the place is clean, they offer you a free drink, the staff are friendly and are gentle with your nails/hands, not rushing and an overall relaxing/calm experience compared to some nail bars

I can't express how happy I am to have found this place,as I had to travel to London to get my nails done previously. They are so clean and great at what they do . Such friendly service. And drinks are even offered. Design is on point and they are full of options. You have a loyal customer now.

Love this place, fabulous for designs and easy to book. I find staff friendly and helpful and it always feels tidy and clean. Disappointing that there's no card option, however, it's not a deal breaker as I won't go anywhere else. Only, massive, downside is the parking. This is time for me to pamper and relax but the parking can be such a drama it can be a put down.

Clean place, looks really good. However they didn't ask me to wash my hands/sanitise before doing my nails. Then went straight on with the service, who knows how many people they'd used that equipment on with dirty hands. They did a good job of my gels and offer free drink for each customer.

Love my new gorgeous nails! Staff at galaxy nails are always polite, the salon is very clean, myself and my 2 friends have invisible disabilities and we always wear our lanyards, we have never been spoken to rudely or been asked to put on a face mask, we have never felt discriminated against either. Very good value for money.

Amazing place to get your nails done! I went here to get my wedding nails done with my mum, staff were so so friendly and attentive! Showed them a picture of what i wanted, and they delivered. Lovely clean place and welcoming. Definitely reccomend☺️

Nails were done extremely quickly. As they are not looking after the nail. Skins were not removed and gel did not stick properly to few nails. Frame size was not picked correctly..

This was an excellent store with a wide range of colours to choose from for the nails. Everything was done superbly and I am so extremely pleased with my pedicure!

Didn't realize the owner was doing my nails till we got chatting. Very pleasant and modern look. One tip look at Instagram or FB for ideas of what you want before you go. Mum got crystals on her nails which isn't advertised but its perfect for weddings I also got my Toes done with a set of acrilic nails I'm super happy thanks XXX

I have tried various nail salons over the years but these guys were by far much better. The quality of the nails is great (acrylics) not too much acrylic put on and they look really natural. Speedy service and a complimentary soft drink. Lovely environment too.

AMAZING - I'LL BE BACK! I was on my way to my usual nail bar when I noticed galaxy nails which I hadn't seen before. I popped my head in the window to have a look and someone beckoned me in with a big friendly wave. As soon as I stepped in I could see it was a cut above the rest as the whole place was spotless and it was nice to see people spraying and cleaning stuff - especially during these crazy times. It felt more like a treat experience rather than bread and butter just get your nails done. The free drink was a nice touch, the surroundings were clean and beautiful (toilets too), staff were very friendly and speak really good English, and most importantly, the girl I had did a great job. French polish is always a tricky thing, but she did a super job on my toes. Hopefully by next week, my fingernails will be long enough for a second visit. Can't wait :-) Highly recommend this place. 6 nails bars in Bletchley now, and I can see this place becoming very popular. Five stars all round from me :-)

Gel Nail varnish came off day after :/

My mum and i went to Galaxy Nails for the first time, and they are very hygienic. The staff are very friendly and kind and are always checking if you’re ok or if you would like a drink. They are very thorough with your requirements, I would definitely recommend going there. My mum and I love our nails and have booked to go back already! Thank you so much.

i love it here. after a really bad experience elsewhere i will definitely be coming back here. i had my nails done 3 weeks ago and no problems/chipping/breakage what so ever. you get what you pay for and i’m so happy with them. offered me a free drink and really kind people! cute little dog too! 10/10 thank you so much!! xxxx

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! Galaxy nails sets the bar, very clean, the staff are outstanding and very professional and you can tell they are fully trained in doing nails and giving excellent customer service. I found them because another shop on the same street gave a very bad service and I walked down the road for Galaxy nails to finish the job. I will not mention the other place in this post, if you look at reviews for the shops on the same road you will see it. I'm an auditer and Galaxy nails would get 5 stars, they serve quality beverages and just how they treat there customers is superb, I'm new to town, from London so it really felt like my old salon. I even met another Londoner and we got talking and she had the same problem from another shop on the road. She walked in 2mins after me, I even booked my next appointment for the following week before I left, all I can say is if you like quality and good customer service this is the only place to go on this road. Galaxy nails keep up the good work, you are doing a brilliant job and I was very happy with my nails.

I've been coming here since it opened and I absolutely love it. By far the best nails salon in bletchley. They offer you a drink, hot drinks at self serve at the minute because of covid though. The staff are lovely and don't treat you like cattle like some other places. They actually sit and chat to you which is a nice change from other salons. The décor is beautiful and the actually work they do on my nails is spot on.

Very pleased with this shop and overall service. Various members of the family have had manicure and pedicures with gel nails / acrylic nails or normal polish. Very friendly staff and very good on maintaining timings and social distancin friendly and polite and great end results.

Galaxy nails are fantastic, I went in for a french manicure and decided to have a pedicure which they were happy to accommodate, never had a pedicure before and it was brilliant, they are very thorough and made my feet look fab, they were very professional, and the salon is very clean Very good value for money, will definitely be visiting again and will recommend to my family and friends Well done Galaxy Nails
