Ana Maria did a manicure on me and I had infills with gel polish. She is incredibly polite and friendly, she pays a lot of attention to detail when applying gels and making sure you're completely comfortable and happy with the service. She's a highly talented and professional nail technician, I would definitely recommend her for nail services. Thank you for making my nails look so beautiful!

MARTA is the most professional nail technician and artist I have ever met in my life! Her experience and knowledge about nails is just amazing and very impressive. She always knows how to help and always gives great advice. Her manicure and pedicure skills are just to admire-even when I am coming with the most extravagant or difficult ideas to create on my nails-she always "nailed it" 🤗 Marta is also very friendly with a smile on her face which makes the whole appointment feels very welcoming. Every single time I am more than happy and just over the moon with Martas service! Highly recommend Marta - she is just the best of the best! 😊

Ilina looked after me so well - she was professional, caring, very friendly and gave me lots of good advice. She was very busy answering queries and booking appointments (the salon was short staffed due to sickness) but she dealt with everyone in a courteous manner with a smile on her face, and still made sure I had a good experience. I would also like to Thank Marta who has done my nails before - she is lovely, very friendly and really makes you feel at ease. If all your colleagues are as good as these 2 ladies, you must have many happy customers. Ana Maria was very professional and welcomed me for my appointment. She was very sociable and made the whole experience very enjoyable. She done my nails exactly how I wanted them. However, appointments time should be longer in order to get a full relaxing experience.

Azra was fantastic! She did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I explained that I'd never had my eyebrows waxed before and she was kind and friendly and the whole experience was relaxing. She took the time to then tweezer them and trim them with scissors and brush them. She really took care! I highly recommend Azra at the Milton Keynes branch! Thank you!

I didnt realise they closed early when I came but despite the fact they were about to close in 15 minutes, I didnt feel rushed nor did my eyebrows looked like they were done in less than 10 minutes! I’ve had threading done in so many places but the way the lady did it (I’m sorry I didnt get your name) did it so carefully and precise and it was not sore and uncomfortable at all.

Went a few times, last visit unfortunately not great. Had a very ‘experienced’ technician - she told me so when I questioned something - however the quality on that visit was poor and I had to go elsewhere after 2 weeks due to cracks and lumps. Unfortunately won’t go back but the other visits were good.

I had a French gel polish today. The beauty therapist did an excellent job! She was also lovely, efficient and responded to what I asked her to do. She gave me a couple of choices for the base colour and I was very happy with my choice. I now have beautiful nails! THANK YOU!

Having been somewhere else for 5 years and then finding that I needed to go elsewhere, I tried this salon for the very first time today. I am absolutely delighted with the service, the ease of booking online and the result. Ana-Maria did my gel polish to the highest standard I have ever had. The only problem with recommending her is that she may get so booked up that I won't get an appointment, lol. Fantastic experience, thanks ever so much.

It was a really lovely experience. I have never been to a nail salon where so much effort is taken to make sure the varnish and shape is perfect. I think I was with Irina? A name starting with I - sincere apologies if that got that wrong. She was extremely pleasant and checked I was happy at each step. All that remains is to see how long they last but I have no doubts! The team were friendly and kind and managed to squeeze me in for a nail appointment as well as the one I had booked for my son. The salon itself was very clean and their hygiene protocol and screens made us feel very safe. I even noted that the ladies doing the threading had learnt a new technique so that they could keeps their masks on (I thought this was great, even though I didn't get my eyebrows threaded this time, I would be happy to have this done there). I would recommend the salon to my friends and family.

Good quality nails, love the colour! However rude staff member and poor quality of communication from this member of staff. She often yanked my hand and filed my nails far too hard it felt like she was tearing my skin off. I'm a nail biter and I cannot help the habit, I did not like the disrespect I got from the staff about this habit and the snide comments made. Other then that I'm pleased with how my nails turned out. If the customer service was better i'd definitely give 4-5 stars.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the distancing measures at Primark CMK Beaty salon. Also, the service I received there was very professional and personal and I highly recommend that place. I had my gel manicure done by Monica and she was brilliant! My nails looked fantastic and the gel manicure lasted for 3 weeks in a great condition, something that never happened before and I’ve been to several places. Monica is a great asset to the business and the customer service she provides is amazing!

Got eyelashes done wasn't a good experience nothing to do with the store or the staff members but my baby - left in a rush and got home to realize my lashes weren't done correctly and matching so I called up to see if this was corrected and the manager recieved message I left and dealt with this promptly but again baby screaming on 2nd appointment and this was rectified very satisfied with the service from the lady's in this salon very patient acted fast well done . I only have 4 stars as I'm a great believer in there always room for improvement @ that would have been not to let me go out shop seeing the slight mistake made other than that I'm a happy customer and will be back again . There is one golden jewel in the rough. That is gwen! She has changed my nails so that for the first time ever i feel comfortable wearing false nails without having nasty plastic glued to my skin. I agree though their prices are not competative for the area.

I honestly could not rate Tehera enough. She's been doing my eyebrows for the past 1-2 years @ lashious beauty and I refuse to use anyone else. From the shape to the hospitality, Tehera is by far my go to specalist. Please don't leave Tehera!!!!
