I found Sue online and gave her a call as I was really eager to have my eyebrows tattooed, I had no idea where to start. Instantly I knew she was the lady for me. Sue easily explained the procedure while I explained the look I was hoping to achieve as a 56 year old menopausal lady. We got on like a house on fire, Sue is professional and caring with an excellent eye for detail and I completely trust her. I was so impressed with Sue from my consultation that I instantly booked my appointment to have my new eyebrows tattooed, I can honestly say the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I have been loving my eyebrows now for a full year and the difference it has made to my face is unbelievable, I feel like my old confident self again. As a first timer to eyebrow tattooing, Sue’s experience and fantastic customer interaction made the treatment a pain free and rewarding treatment. How I love this lady. I first visited Sue back in Oct, what an incredible job she did of my brows! I had old residue from someone years ago that tried to give my eyebrows a better look, so she had her work cut out for her to give me a fresh modern look for my eyebrows. During lockdown of last, I decided to begin a new chapter in my life by looking into SMP treatments as I was sick and tired of looking the way I did at my young age. After a lot of research, I stumbled across Sue and saw the amazing work she did and decided to go in for a consultation. Sue was professional and gave great advice as to the best shape eyebrow and thickness for my face. The treatment does not hurt, it just feels a little bit scratchy. Afterwards I did exactly as Sue told me to look after the brows and they were great until I went for my top up which has just deepened the colour slightly and given a better outline. I’m really pleased with the result and my face looks much more framed especially with no make up. I would definitely recommend Sue and her clinic as she is so informative. The clinic is clean and extremely Covid safe and Sue answers any concerns you may have.

I have had SMP a few times before from a very well known company (who provides SMP) in Birmingham and it wasn't very long before the whole thing faded out of sight completely. I was ready to give up on going down the avenue of SMP completely, but I wanted to see if there was a local person who provided the service and stumbled across Sue Winter. From start to finish the Sue has gone far beyond my expectations. She explained everything very well and would even text me in-between treatments to check on any fading which really demonstrates her passion for the job. Alot of the time going down this route of treatment can be a little bit intimidating and discretion is important for men but, I speak from experience in commenting that Sue is extremely understanding and knowledgeable about her specific field and her honestly and professionalism shines through constantly. Having also previously had the treatment done else where and done alot of research Sue Winter is also the most affordable and with the added guarantee of a year she should be your first port of call for SMP.

I wish I had done this earlier. My main worry was whether the procedure would look natural but having finished the final session it completely does and I’m glad I found Sue . My initial thought was to not cut corners and go to a large firm but after being recommended Sue and going through the initial consultation with her I’m so glad I made the right choice to go with her . After a few years of debating the pros and cons of having my eyebrows tattooed, I did my research and finally plucked up the courage to go to Sue Winter. At the consultation Sue quickly put me at ease as she explained the process in detail. So I had no qualms, and decided to go ahead. I became aware of Sue’s work through several friends who had SMP done by Sue, and all had brilliant results. I spent a while doing my research online, and it seemed that Sue’s results were at least as good as, and better in many cases, than the large companies who were often charging more a lot more than Sue. I was very conscious of having anything too dramatic or obvious done, due to my work where I’m often presenting to large groups with attention on me. When I went to Sue for a consultation she was absolutely brilliant. She is very experienced and really understand the issues men are concerned about. We had many discussions and debates, and I can now say (in hindsight) that she was right every single time! By the 3rd session I had realised everything she had suggested was right.
