First time I’ve ever been waxed and I went in for the Hollywood, I’ve never felt so comfortable (well, as comfortable as you can get in this situation haha). Obviously it’s a scary thing when you first go but I was put at ease instantly, had lovely conversation and wasn’t half as painful as I was expecting. Booked back in straight away! Thank you so much.

Recently I visited Aruba for a couple of treatments and a very professional beauty therapist called beth carried out the treatment , I have been to other clinics in the past but I can honestly say that beth was very professional and helpful I highly recommend people to visit Aruba and book with beth and I will definitely be back

Came in for a spray tan , room was very clean and I was talked through the process. I am very self conscious but the member of staff made me feel at ease . I love my tan thank you .

OMG if you have not been to Aruba for treatments you are missing out . I have seen Mona for Eyebrow tint and wax for a while now she is outstanding at her job .I have had a hollywood in the passed with someone else and it was avarage , and it hurt I was red and sore . However i had my first HOLLYWOOD with Aruba ..Mona was amazing it did not hurt one bit no redness no swelling and not one hair to be seen . I will never go to any other place than Aruba . The place is so clean and proffesional i can not recomend Mona and her team enough . Ladies your missing out if you have not visited Aruba .

No question this is the BEST beauty place to go! I have been going here for many years and I would never go anywhere else for my eyebrows! If you want to have your eyebrows on point this is the place to be, you will not be disappointed! The staff here are very friendly and a beautiful place inside right in the centre of Newcastle :)

What I find hits you most about this place is that the atmosphere here is calm and welcoming above all; I have found in the past other beauty salons have somehow made me feel uncomfortable however not this one. All the girls are lovely and make sure you receive a clean and professional, yet fun and relaxed experience, which is more than you could ask for. What is also clear, by the range of treatments that have been offered over the years, is that the girls here are keen to add to their training and bring new and up and coming treatments to the salon. I have had many treatments here and know a lot of loyal customers so in my experience I can't fault the service I've received!

I have been going to Aruba for an assortment of treatments for a number of years, including waxing and bio sculpture. The reason why I keep going back is because the level of service is outstanding each and every time - no ifs and buts. Throughout the years, I've found the therapists to be highly professional, friendly and experienced individuals. The salon itself is very aesthetically pleasing and welcoming; every effort has been made to make clients feel relaxed. In addition to this, I have always noticed how clean the treatment rooms are - it is evident that hygiene is a top priority for the salon. I look forward to many more years of fantastic treatments at Aruba.

I was recommended to see Memmona for my eyebrow tint, shape and Hollywood wax. She is AMAZING! I have been to so many salons in the city centre of Newcastle, but no one has EVER done my brows like Memmona. She is a true perfectionist!!! I was very nervous about getting my Hollywood done, as I've had a few bad experiences. She made me feel totally at ease whilst ensuring every hair was out. I would highly recommend this salon!

Been here 3 times now for a body massage and highly recommend. Quite a few girls work there but I always see Mona - she's excellent and I highly recommend. Great location too.
