It was my first time in the UK Beaty salon so I was nervous. Ive asked just trim my hair a bit. + - It was quick - The stylist washed my hair, trim and did a bit of the styling (I didn’t want more, but the stylist offered me.) - clean area - normal prices - - Ive booked for 11:45, but my session starts at 11:55. - deposit by phone. For me it was a bit of unconvinced. Thanks for the warm welcome. I really liked the result.

5 of us had our hair and make up done, first class service from a wonderful group of ladies. We all felt great with hair and makeup results and we were treated to a few glasses of bubbly. Would highly recommend

Been coming here for a few years now, first getting my hair cut from really quite long to a shaved cut and now back every 5 weeks to keep it maintained. Everything’s always fab, really accommodating and all of the staff are absolutely lovely. My wife and I also used them on our wedding day and everything was spot on!

Had the most amazing CACI facial with Jo on Monday, thought I'd treat myself and it was worth every penny - I absolutely didn't want to go home! Also had an LVL lash lift which was incredible, literally everyone at work has commented how beautiful my eyes look! I would thoroughly recommend. I already have them both on my birthday & Christmas lists or just when I get any chance to have them again! I felt so much happier walking out of the salon than I did going in, thank you Jo! xxx

Had a cut and colour at at sisters for the first time today and they were without a doubt the best salon I've been to in newcastle. They were quick, friendly and affordable. My hair looks great, they did a fantastic job. Much better than both boilerhouse and humphries and Wilson- both of which are more expensive.

Great mani/pedi experience. Huge range of shellac colours to pick from, plus glitters for a really custom look. Clean salon and really comfortable. I had to have my baby with me and the staff were happy to gave me a hand manovering the pram up/down the steps inside. I'd have booked a lot sooner had I known how accommodating they were!!

£30 pedicure + gel polish voucher bought as a present for me daughter. On the phone I was told this was a full hour treatment including exfoliation, cuticle care, foot wrap and moisture treatment. I was then asked would I like a gel Polish for an extra £6 which I agreed to. This as I understood was time on top of the treatment. However, when I asked my daughter how had it been she said “Ok” no foot wrap and other than a soak in a foot spa not as good as the way she looks after her feet herself at home. The cuticle care was actually the cuticles pushed back and that was all. Very disappointed especially as this was a gift and did not live up to the way the company describes itself on the web site. After ringing to state my disappointment, their reaction seemed to be tough.

Claire did an amazing job with my colour and haircut - the colour is just what I had hoped for and my hair looks so healthy and shiny. I used to only go to barbers and pay 15 pound for someone to butcher my hair with clippers and then send me on my way with a haircut I didn’t want. I started going to at sisters and have been a regular customer every time I want my hair cut ever since. They wash and condition my hair with products that work well with my naturally curly hair and give me the exact hair cut I want every time and it only usually costs me about 20 pound. The hairdressers always give great service and I’m really happy this place has stayed open during lockdown.

Where to even begin! I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!! Having previously been let down by a hen booking company, I was at a loose end trying to arrange private salon hire with hair and makeup for 13 girls on a Saturday night. It seemed nobody was willing to go the extra mile and stay open an hour later than usual. Luckily, I found AtSisters online and they were just amazing from start to finish. Initially I spoke to Clare who became my regular contact. She arranged everything from the decorations of the salon, to the pizzas we ordered in on the day. She also went the extra mile and agreed to keep the salon open a little later than usual to accommodate us at the time we wanted. When we arrived we were welcomed in warmly by all the staff (fizz at the ready!), who clearly love what they do. Each of the hens were offered a bespoke service - hair and makeup - and the attention to detail given by the stylists and makeup artists was second to none. We all felt so pampered and looked after. This is a family run salon and they are just so lovely and helpful - excellent value too - I would 100% trust them with any future event. They made my sister's hen so special and I cannot thank them enough. Wish we could come back frequently and do it all over again! Thank you so much everyone for all you did - we will never forget it! xx

I received excellent customer service at the salon yesterday. I popped in to see if anyone could fix my hair for me as I had accidentally dyed it blue! The girl I spoke to was very helpful and although I hadn't made a booking she saw to me straight away. She has completely corrected my hair and knew just what to do. I'd definitely recommend this salon.

Came here today with my boyfriend for a haircut. The staff were so kind as to offer us a discount on our first visit. We came in and were offered a cup of tea each (which was very nice!). Emma was really sweet and chatted to us all the way throughout. The way I have my haircut is quite specific, but Emma took the time to listen carefully to exactly how I wanted it. She payed really close attention to detail and we are both really happy with our haircuts !! We'll definitely be back next time. <3 x

After having tried some of the best salons in London and having nothing but disaster and disappointment with my colour both in application and desired colour I decided to try At sisters since I am often in Newcastle and they were the only salon I could find that were accommodating. I met with Emma who was very welcoming and very thorough with her consultation, she advised exactly and honestly what was healthy and right for my hair after some damage . Due to only being in Newcastle a few more days she kindly offered to come in on her day off to fit me in. I was extremely pleased with my hair and would not go anywhere else now , Emma is a fantastic colour specialist especially working with blondes and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Emma and the salon especially for colour correction this salon is one of the best colour specialists I have been to. It would be amazing if their was a screen/ divider at the wash basin for hijab just to make it more comfortable and easier. Zahra XX

Highly recommend this salon, they completely saved my hair after years of being bleached within an inch of its life, I went to a dark brown & now my hair is the healthiest it's ever been, finally got its thickness back as well cannot thank them enough Also wouldn't go anywhere else for my eyebrow tint/wax The staff are amazing here always make you as comfortable as possible & speak to you as though you're friends
