I spoke to Chelsey about my upcoming wedding and that I wanted to try and do my own face on the day. She made perfect recommendations and took the time to show me how to apply all of the products. She’s amazing, I can’t thank her enough! Visited again a few days later and my eyebrows shaped by Evey. She explained everything thoroughly and listened to what I wanted from the treatment which is EXACTLY what I was hoping for. The eye mask is a must!!

I stopped by yesterday to get advice on my eyebrows, I always see people with lovely eyebrows but thought mine were just beyond help. I only had them waxed once previously about 15 years ago and I hadn't been happy with how they looked then so hadn't considered it since. I spoke to Evey who gave advice on products but also suggested booking in for a wax and tint. She got me booked for the same day and I was honestly completely blown away by how fantastic they looked after her help. The waxing was pretty painless and she really knows what she's doing and put me at ease! I can't stop looking in the mirror at them :) already got my next appointment booked. I've been self conscious of my weird eyebrows for ages and I now feel so happy and grateful ❤️

My eyebrows are were in such bad shape before coming here, I actually had a uni brow. So I asked the lovely Chelsey to re-shape my eyebrows fully and also had them tinted. The transformation was unbelievable. Chelsey was so precise with her work and fully explained what she was doing and why. As someone that doesn't use beauty services much, Alice put me completely at ease and talked me through every step of the process. Finishing with a demonstration as to how to use product, that I will be sure to purchase. This is my first time using Benefit Brow Bar. I had my eyebrows tinted and waxed. Chelsea was very professional and I was very happy with her recommendations. She talked to me throughout the whole process and didn’t do anything without checking it was on first.
