I received lovely customer service from the main receptionist. I had my nails done and got a paraffin wax. I think my nails could be more uniform and I could have had the wax on for longer (usually should be 15 minutes) but I only had it for like 7 minutes. Other then that the place looks lovely and professional. I will probably come again, also due to their availability.

I am rating my experience 4 purely because of the staff member, she was so lovely, welcoming and very chatty giving me lots of info about newcastle and all the best places to go. I wasn’t overly impressed with the CACI facial, I have had them before and this one was different. My forehead, brows, cheeks were barely touched and my neck was not touched at all. The majority of the procedure was around my jaw line/chin and for a £60 session I didn’t feel I got the full benefit of it. I also felt like it ended quite bluntly after a knock on the door and a lot of whispering. However, as I say the staff member was absolutely lovely and i would visit again but not for a CACI facial.

I stopped in on an impulse to get my hair washed and styled. They were able to get me in quickly and the service was great. I’m so happy with how my hair came out and Jack did excellent work and was so nice. He also helped me get a nail appointment upstairs. All around great experience.

Sam was welcoming and professional right from the start of the appointment. She was efficient with timings. The salon was cleaned to a high standard and I definitely got the impression it was covid secure. The back massage was conducted in a fully professional manner. The pressure Sam applied to my back was just right for my diagnosis of hypermobility. My neck, spine and lower back felt significantly better after my back massage, The crystal clear facial machine that was used by Sam made my skin feel transformed. Several layers of dead skin were removed with the crystal clear facial machine. I was very pleased with the results. My eyebrow wax and tint was very professionally conducted. I was very pleased with the colour of my brows and the shape that was achieved by Sam was the best shape my brows have ever been. Sam gave me a lot of information about products that would help my skin condition improve. I am currently seriously considering buying the products she recommended. Just had a fantastic experience at this salon, first off my hd brows look amazing, my lip wax was also great, the girl was lovely and very friendly and told me lots about other treatments. I told her about an ingrown hair problem i was having and she suggested a product for me. It didn't just stop there, Susan had a look at the ingrown hair for me and sorted it out free of charge which I had had for 9 months after antibiotics and months of upset. Cannot wait to come back for me treatments which are on offer at the moment which is great value. Cannot thank you enough. xxx

She works swiftly and with expertise, with every lash perfectly applied every time. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. The same high standards can be said of the nail technicians who create all kinds of stunning nails. And if you want a really indulgent treat, I cannot get enough of the lava shell masages! Slowly working my way throug their entire list of services! All the therapists are friendly, professional and experts at their craft. Results are never less than the Wow Factor! With brilliant opening hours, this really is a sanctuary in the city!

To my surprise - it really doesn’t hurt like normal waxing. I’m also due on my period when you can be more sensitive to pain & it was still not painful in the bikini area!! Having always wanted eyelash extensions but never been willing to treat myself, when my sister bought me a gift card for Newcastle Hair & Beauty Salon for my 30th birthday I chose Nouveau Lashes. I was delighted with the results as they were thick and full yet very natural. Little did I know that my friends had planned a surprise sky-dive not more than 24 hours later and I spent the entire 7,500ft descent worrying about my perfect lashes. When I touched ground, the first thing I asked was “Are my lashes in tact?!”. To my total amazement, I honestly don’t think I lost one. I left the parachute centre with lashes still looking like a bond girl (although I couldn’t comment about the rest) and I will certainly be returning for my infills, although based on recent experience it may be a while before I need them. Newcastle Hair and Beauty Clinic has been my go to salon for around 2 year now. I originally went in for a HD Brow treatment, which is amazing by the way, and I loved the salon that much I haven't went anywhere else since. I have had many treatments such as HD Brows, gel and shellac nails, spray tan, Decleor facials, waxing and even a body wrap which seen me lose 7 inches from my body in an hour but my favourite treatments have to be the deep tissue massage, I suffer from back and shoulder pain in a regular basis and these massages sort me right out! Also, their Hydrafacials are amazing! It's a multistep facial which takes all of the rubbish out of your skin and putting moisture and all good stuff in there. You'll leave glowing, looking healthier and even feeling cleaner, I'd highly recommend it. I wouldn't trust any other salon now, thank you to the whole team.
