When my hair started falling out my confidence went so low. I hated being seen in public, I cried every time I had to wash my hair. The hair loss clinic has helped me so much! When i first turned up at HLC in July 2021 with severe hair thinning, I thought surely this seems too good to be true…. How very wrong I was….. On that day in July i met with Israa, who is the most wonderful lady I could have wished to meet that day. She was so thorough throughout my consultation and talked me through every step of the process. Israa showed me what my hair looked like under a microscope and i was mortified at just how thin it was right down to the follicle. She was quick to reassure me that there was still hope for my hair and explain how well the products and the laser would work. The products and the laser treatment itself are amazing. Today i completed my first full course of treatment and the results have been so unreal, in-fact I love them so much I have signed up to another course. I actually have much thicker, fuller hair. I can see lots of new hair growth still and that is why I have decided to sign up again, it can only just keep getting better. Every other week i attend my laser appointment with Israa and she comments on just how well my hair is looking. She is such a wonderful person and is so helpful too. I can not wait to see what the next course of laser treatment brings and I am so glad I walked into HLC last year as it has changed my life and given me so much confidence back. Well well well what can i say? Only that this is the best thing i have EVER done for my hair regrowth. I am an 18 yr old lad and from the age of 16 i had really bad alopecia. Every day i would constantly feel self concious and disappointed whenever i looked in the mirror. It pained me that my hair had degraded to this level which in turn put me in a very dark place in my life. Thoughts like "why me?" constantly flooded my mind and i never thought i would ever see my hair come back. I tried various products, from biotin supplements to hair serums NOTHING worked. However, that all changed when i met Israa at the Newcastle hair loss clinic. She was so welcoming when i first met her at the FREE consultation where she correctly diagnosed my alopecia. Previously i had visited other so called 'professionals' in hopes of help but israa was the only real professional that helped. I finally felt like i was acknowledged and heard. Israa then explained all the treatment and set my appointments which she was always flexible with if i couldnt make it. Furthermore, not only are the appointments flexible, but relaxing aswell. They are very calming and Israa actively engages in a nice conversation. With the treatment i was quite skeptical after all my past failures with other treatment BUT IT ACTUALLY WORKED, all my hair returned and along with that so did my confidence. This is hands down the best thing I've ever done! For years I was noticing I was losing my hair and that my hair line was getting thinner, I went to my GP who told me there was nothing wrong, I tried fancy expensive shampoos, serums and tablets and nothing worked. When I start noticing that my hair was folling off in one spot, I find the clinic and I booked my appointment and they told me that I have alopecia I was so sad about that I don’t even know what it was. I started my treatment and in the beginning I didn’t believe it because I was losing still hair and the spot was getting bigger but after 5 months my hair is growing and you can’t see the spot anymore is getting better every time that lovely lady Israa give me hope that’s is gonna be better and it’s better I’m very happy with the treatment and everything. Booking an appointment at The Hair Loss Clinic was honestly the best decision I ever made. Rewind to 7 months ago, I had reached a point in life where I was in flood of tears every time I had to leave the house due to how much my hair had thinned out on the top of my scalp. I tried to tell myself “maybe it’s not that bad” until the day someone asked me if I was going bald and that was when I really investigated what it looked like and I was horrified.
