L. S.Little disappointed - a little over a week ago I went to get a French manicure and the lady who did them was so lovely and at first I was really pleased with them. Although after a few days I noticed the Gel started to separate from my cuticles, and as my nails started to grow they started to detached from the base of my nails and started catching on everything. I peeled off of the excess and tried to file them off carefully but this ruined my manicure - bit of a waste of money after lasting 4/5 days! I would go back as the service was brillaint but will make sure it doesn't happen again.
L. W.Called to this salon today, totally unexpectedly as I'd had a really bad cut at another salon only an hour before. It was late in the day but Anthea offered to help and offered me an appointment even though she should have been closing. Thank you so much for putting my hair right. The cut is so lovely and It was great to feel like someone can manage my really thick hair. Thanks for putting me at ease and being so welcoming. I'll definitely be back. 5 stars 😊
J. T.I've been using PHB for over 2 years now and I love the quality and professionalism of this salon. I can never fault the service or experiance. I'm very indecisive and Natalie always recommends something that will suit the condition of my hair. Today was my first trip out of the house since lockdown (other than food shopping) and the girls at the salon made me so at ease. Really professional in their PPE, ensuring clients also are wearing PPE, constantly cleaning - obviously I love my colour too but it was a really reassuring experiance that things were as safe as possible.

D. M.Would give these girls 10 stars if I could. They went above and beyond for me and my two bridesmaid's on my wedding morning.
I'd forgotten my flowers for my cake topper the day before so was planning on asking my photographer but the ladies wouldn't have it and went all the way to Kingston park for me for them.
We were made totally at ease here and it was just a lovely atmosphere.
I will never be married again but I will never hesitate to come back here for any other special occasion.
Hair was fantastic and just want I wanted and loved the glitter!!
Makeup was amazing , didn't realise how blue my eyes were.
