As someone who has tried and tested a few different salons for eyelash extensions only to be disappointed I would never go anywhere else! Been going here for about 6 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Staff are absolutely brilliant! Professional, knowledgeable, and always remember you from what treatments you like down to what your last conversation was about Always clean and vibrant in the reception, treatment rooms and even the loo has been thoughtfully stocked for clients! Complimentary tea and coffee is always a bonus 10/10

I used to come to the Lash Lounge a few years ago until I moved out of the area and it was too far away. Nowhere has actually come close over the past few years to the service provided here! My lashes are perfect, I had LVL and the lift is so good and the root touch up is spot on. Having fair lashes, it makes such a huge difference and not every beautician gets it right but the lash lounge definitely does! Professional and most comfortable service and just genuinely lovely staff, so pleased I’m back in the area and able to visit the salon again! Thank you!!!

I have done 3 courses with Ashley now (Classic Lashes, Brow Lamination and Lash Lift and Tint). I have really enjoyed all 3 courses and Ashley was excellent! Friendly, professional and supportive. I would definitely recommend Lash Lounge Training if you are looking to train in the beauty industry. After a long wait had my lashes lifted and tinted today and eyebrows waxed and tinted too. Great job as always but more than that it was so well organised and still relaxing even with a mask on. So don’t put off support local businesses and get booked in!

I was in today for an HD Brows appointment, the woman who did them was lovely and friendly, chatty but not try hard which was appreciated. I'd never had this treatment before and was a little nervous about the procedure but she talked me through each step, asking if I was happy with the shape, colour etc as she went. I enjoy getting treatment done at Lash Lounge. So far I’ve had classic lashes and hybrid lashes along with multiple infills and HD Brows. I’ve had these lashes done by Hannah, Charlotte, Lucy, Ellis and Zoya and I must say they are all very professional, kind and good at lashes. They put a towel across your forehead which I think is very hygienic as I usually get pimples when someone touches my face. I’ve also had HD Brows done by Ashley which were AMAZING; absolutely loved them. The ambiance of the entire place is pretty but professional and relaxing. They offer hot drinks while you wait (if you turn up early) and they are always on time. Thanks ladies, I look forward to more treatment! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the MUST go to place for your beauty requirements. I had express lashes a couple of months ago and just last week returned for classic extensions. Possibly due to damp weather however, a number of lashes came off after a couple of days but when I rang and explained I was invited back so they could be replaced at no cost. This is excellent customer service. Laura did an amazing job today. AT no point was I questioned over the care I had taken or was I fobbed off. Good business, I'll definately be going back.
