We were back at the Spa this week, after a bit of a disappointing visit some time ago. What a difference !!! It shows that any business can have a ‘tricky day’ but this is not necessarily a reflection of their performance as a whole. Lovely, warm welcome, clean and inviting premises and two facial treatments ( for my daughter and myself ) that were absolutely top notch!! Thank you to Jade and her team for a beautiful visit.

A beautiful hotel and the leisure facilities are great. Very clean and the staff are helpful and accommodating. We had a really nice lunch too. We wouldn't hesitate in booking again.

I've had the hot stones massage and the power breakfast facial. After the hot stones massage I felt relaxed and refreshed. It was the first time I've had this done so I was not sure of what to expect. When the first stone touched my leg I thought 'that was a bit hot' but then I didn't really notice it after and it was really relaxing. My power breakfast facial was lovely! My therapist talked me through all the steps and what I need to do to improve my facial skin. My skin after felt rejuvenated and fresh. My therapist was a lovely lady called Ana, she gave me great advice on the aftercare of both my treatments. She was lovely, very polite and professional and made me feel very relaxed. When I come back I will definitely ask for Ana again 🙂

Went for a deluxe pedicure and manicure with French polish. Had an issue with two of my nails, but they were very accommodating and fitted me in to rectify very quickly. Happy with the final finish, which so far has lasted 9 days without chipping (unheard of for me!)

I had the "drift away" massage with Ellie, she was new but fab. It was so relaxing, setting was lovely, people were all professional, it ran on time and I had the full hour of the massage. Was difficult to book via phone so recommend emailing but I appreciate they are very busy as they were fully booked.

Lovely place for spa day, bit disappointed with one of my treatments. Had a pedicure, looked like a 5 year old had done it. Other treatments were lovely however

My first treatment was with Megan, l had an hour long facial and it was fabulous. Megan was lovely and very efficient, it was a great facial and my skin looked glowing and felt very well hydrated. Next day l had a body massage with Fran, it was bliss and l didn't want it to stop. Fran was excellent at finding the knots in my shoulder and working them out, a very good body massage. this was my first visit to the Imagine spa, l was so impressed l have booked to go again at the end of the month with my daughter. I felt very safe and all Covid recommendations were followed.
