This is my first time here and not my last! Tiffany did my nails and did an amazing job! They were exactly what I wanted. Lucus greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble. I have definitely found the nail salon for me. Many thanks 😊

I booked online the night before and had my gel nails and toes taken off and re-done with a new colour. Fantastic service, my lady was so lovely! Really good quality nails, overall very happy with my nails, the colour, shape and design are exactly what I asked for. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will certainly be back whenever I'm in the area again.

I have been using 1st class nails for months now and I really wouldn't go anywhere else! I have gel on natural nails and they tend to last 3/4 weeks... The finish is precise and colour choices extensive with a very competitive price of £25...well done 1st class nails... you are all amazing! 💖

It’s my first time going to 1st class nails and I am so impressed! My nails are incredible and handled them so well and made sure that they were to what I wanted, I had Angela do my nails and she’s so precise and listened to what I wanted and did the exact thing! I love being pampered at 1st Class Nails and Pedicures. My needs were catered for by the friendly staff. I was taken care of my 2 members of staff male and female. I was ready to sleep after my treatment 10/10 from me.

Julie did a lovely job on my nails today. Incredible service even down to cuticle cutting and telling me I needed a soak off and redo next time, which has been neglected by other salons in the past! (I'm relatively new to getting my nails done) Listened to what I wanted and happy to make any adjustments! This was my first visit and will now be my regular salon! Can't recommend enough 🥰

Went in to have my nails done on Saturday as one had split not their fault. I tried to explain I wanted gel using but not sure that what I got They glued my nail but today Monday the damaged nail split completely of so not happy. I went here cos reviews were good not sure they were warrented to be honest

I always have and always will go to 1st class nails for my nails. They are amazing. The quality of the work they do (even when under pressure) is outstanding. I can always take unique designs to them and they do a fab job! They did my wedding nails for me back in September and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! This was my second visit to 1st Class Nails and I saw Angela both times. I am going to Wembley to see Nottingham Forest in the playoffs and I asked Angela if she could do the tricky tree. She did a brilliant job and I was thrilled to bits. The other customers in the salon were impressed also. Angela is a polite and talented technician and I will be going back next month for my holiday nails.

Rare to find a nail salon that is warm, kind, welcoming, and immaculate! My friend and I got our pedicures done here and it was the most relaxing experience. We really felt welcomed and had a great day! They also offered us 10% nhs discount, which was really lovely of them! This will be my go to nail salon from now on!

Not only did I book online with a specific person I didn’t get that person and then wasn’t seen to until 45 mins after my appointment time they then tried to accuse me of being late saying I turned up at 6.30pm when I had been sat waiting for 45 mins

I cannot recommend 1st class nails enough! They are amazing in every thing they do from the minute you walk in the door they very professional! Nothing is ever to much for them. I have been going since the Arnold branch has opened and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else! Infact I pass 4 nail bars from where I live just to go here! They really take the time on your nails they don't rush. Always get ask if im happy with my colour. The service is outstanding! Quick and easy to book aswell I've done it online and used messenger they really quick at replying so that's 5 stars 🌟 😁 There is walk -ins aswell I popped in the shop without booking and they did them. I give these guys 5 stars 🌟 and more !
