They were so welcoming that I felt like I was part of the family and had known them my entire life. Passion applied facial to me simply because she is so lovely and great, and they look fantastic. C. R.This place is incredible! Every two weeks, I look forward to my lash appointment. I've been going here for almost two years and have never had an issue. I've never had to pluck my lashes, and they're bigger and healthier than they've ever been. Everyone is extremely kind, and my lashes always look fantastic. It makes no difference who you see; all females are the greatest. Their work is outstanding, and I would never go anywhere. I consider myself really fortunate to have discovered this establishment!

L. d.I booked in at Beautification a few days before my Wedding day for one of their 'relaxication' massages. Parking outside is great and one of its best features, nice decor and close to town. Unfortunately,the massage was average and despite the fact I asked the therapist if she could focus on my shoulders, she didn't. The massage is supposed to be 60 mins and I was given 50 mins. At at pricey £50 I think I deserved the full hour that they are selling it for and felt scammed. Not impressed. After the massage, I was asked if I'd like some water, I said yes, but then wasn't given any. When I was dressed I came downstairs to pay and the therapist plonked my water next to the till. The cashier looked miserable and the staff in general looked fed up. Perhaps the salon is better at nails/waxing etc, but I wouldnt recommend it for a massage and careful they don't skimp on your time! I won't be returning.
