E. E.Been going to Emily's touch for a few years now for manicures and pedicures. I have had one or two treatments in the past as well and always consistently high quality and great service. Brilliant monthly beauty deals and just a little gem in Mapperley. I always recommend Emily's just because of the service and quality. Also the free teas and coffees are most welcome ;) Feel thoroughly spoilt and pampered each time!
J. A.Always an enjoyable experience - Nicola is great as she is easy to chat to and does a brilliant job of keeping my nails looking fabulous even though my hobbies put them through their paces! Booking and payment system is efficient too.
a. k.So far I have completed a full course of Caci facial treatments which have most definitely improved my skin, plumper and the complexion overall is rejuvenated, a massive confidence boost as you can imagine.
So good I booked up for every month for the next 12 months as advised.
Yesterday I had a full body hot stone massage, which was fabulous I recommend this if you are in need of a really relaxing treat.
All my treatments have been carried out by Balazs who is so reassuring and knowledgeable, and an all round great guy.
Emily has also been more than happy to give me advice over the phone, greatly appreciated.
The whole team are so friendly, thanks guys.

S. W.I was gifted a voucher for Christmas for Emily's Touch Salon, and as I've never had a spa treatment before I thought I'd try the back massage as I get alot of neck and back pain and the foot soak.
I never thought it was possible to be so relaxed, I loved every second of what felt like 5 blissfull hours with Balyaz. You may feel uncomfortable having a massage from a male therapist but I felt very safe and welcome from the very beginning and he made it very clear if at any point I felt uncomfortable, wanted to stop or change pressure etc, to just say and he would make sure I was comfortable, so if you are holding back booking because of that, don't!
I don't know what the norm for a massage or spa is but I wasn't expecting the gorgeous warm bed, warm towel AND lovely thick quilt to cover me and keep me cosy.
The massage itself was heavenly, I feel 5 ft taller and like a physical (and emotional) weight is off of my shoulders. The foot soak and leg massage was also delightfull I could have happily stayed all day.
Balyaz also explained to me some great aftercare advice, making sure I stretch after lifting heavy weight and to ensure I take care of my body outside of just working hard, drinking lots more fluids and trying to keep up a regular massage routine. He recommended a bath and glass of wine also -you don't have to tell me twice haha!
All in all, book an appointment at Emily's Touch, the staff were all lovely - the front of house staff when I arrived help me figure out if I could park where I had and when I left the appointment had great customer service from all. You will not regret it! 😁

C. O.I've been to see Balazs twice now for a deep tissue massage as I've been really struggling with with shoulder and neck pain, muscle tension and knots. I was even having headaches as a result. But after two sessions with Balazs I'm feeling so much better! I had an appointment yesterday and today woke up with NO headache for the first time in forever! Balazs is so professional and caring, I will definitely be a returning customer. The salon has a lovely, friendly atmosphere too. 😊

I've had spray tans, pedicures, massages & eyebrow waxing as well over the years, but usually I go for my nails - Alexa is incredible!! R.A bit disappointed, no customer service per say from my actual therapist as in explaining to me my treatment & no suggestions for after care no conversation at all & found my treatment very uncomfortable , some of the other staff not doing my treatment seemed nice enough, others seemed rather condescending! The place was empty & it was a Friday! The hair salon all empty chairs!!! All I can say is their marketing team are exceptional, their home based products, candles etc look nice! I perhaps may try again with a different therapist! It just seemed a bit tired inside too. Hope to get in this week! Be interesting to see how I find it!

S. D.I absolutely adore coming to visit Emily’s- I’ve been frequenting Emily’s now for 8 years and seldom go elsewhere. I regularly pop in for a massage as I suffer with knots quite badly, and they due such a fabulous job with shellac nails and pedicures too! My auntie loves it when I bring her in for a girls pamper sesh and we’re always made so welcome. The place is spotless and very relaxing, we’re always made to feel so welcome. Honestly can’t recommend enough that you pop in and see for yourself. Emma V xx

I'm always made to feel special and more than welcome. Everyone is so friendly and helpful when asking for info and advice. My gel nail extensions are always great and last much longer than they have in the past when done by other salon's, I always get compliments from people on my nails! Very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend Emily's Touch!!!
J. G.I'd highly recommend Emily's Touch. All the staff are so friendly. I had gel nails done and they lasted me well over two weeks until I had to take them off for work. They do great birthday discounts. As I'd been talking to them about my birthday whilst having the treatment they told me about the discount when I went to pay! How sweet of them. They make their own chocolates too which are lush!

I’ve had lots of different treatments here including the CACI facials which are fantastic; absolute favourite treatment is the Germaine Vitamin C facial - bliss and so good for my skin! A. H.Everything about Emilys Touch is lovely. The interior is very warm and welcoming as are all the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel right at home straight away. I have mainly used the salon for massages the odd waxing and my experience every time is one of total relaxation and enjoyment. The prices are very competitive and its always a pleasure to turn up and be very well looked after before, during and after a treatment. Highly recommend!

Emily, Emma & the whole team are always so friendly and accommodating wether on the phone or in the salon. I don't know what I would do without my monthly treatments from Polly or massages from Balasz!
C. T.This salon is my sanctuary, Polly is the best waxer doing the best eyebrow shape and tint I’ve ever had, I will never change! She also has magic hands when it comes to massage, particularly her reflexology which always makes me feel so much happier after it! Then there is Balazs who gives the most effective massage! He makes you feel at ease as soon as you step through the door, his professionalism is impeccable but he also makes you laugh and makes a relaxed atmosphere even more relaxed, I often fall asleep during his massages. I thought having a man for a massage might be awkward but it isn’t at all with him. He is wonderful and makes the pain in my shoulders and back disappear! L.I paid for my nieces to have a pamper session before their first prom. What fantastic service we got from Emily and her team. My nieces were made to feel like VIP’s from start to finish. Then Sylvia was amazing with the actual treatment can't wait to go back tomorrow for my 2nd treatment.

The seating area is not particularly comfortable & no-one offers you a drink while you're waiting.
On the plus side our nails were fine..though they didn't actually have in stock all the colours on the selection wheel.
