I’ve used the salon multiple times (with and without appointment) and always have been serviced promptly and advised if any delays are to occur (obviously when busy and turning up without an appointment you should expect some delay but that’s common sense). The result has always been more than satisfactory…for a very picky customer like me :)

Always a fabulous service here. They do get busy, as they are very popular so you do need to allow plenty of time. If you’re in a rush, this is not the place for you. Quality takes time. My nails always look amazing and last for a few weeks. I always recommend this place.

I went to 5 star when they first opened 18 years ago and finally went back today after moving back to the area. My nails look amazing and they have by far the biggest selection of colours and designs. Lovely staff and beautiful decor inside the nail bar.

I have tried all the Vietnamese nail bars in Beeston and since this one has had new management it is my absolute favourite! Katie is amazing at acrylic nails and pedicures....the acrylics last 3 weeks every time, no breakages or chips.The quality of products and skills is fantastic, very quick which I like and always with perfect results 💖 other nail bars I've tried in Beeston my nails haven't stayed on which is annoying. Five star nails deserves 5 stars!!🌟....thankyou girls keep up the good work 👏 xx
