Five easy stars for a wonderful new haircut today. The salon is cool and contemporary grey with a cozy feel. The prices are reasonable and the staff are a joy to deal with. My grey hair looks revived and trendy now. It's spotlessly clean and sanitised and adheres to covid guidelines. It's non pretentious and a joy to visit. ✨⭐🌟🤩

I’ve booked online via Treatwell platform. It was my first time at the salon which is very today, clean. The staff is professional but Basia is exceptional! My manicure which is a full acrylic set with nail enhancement, is on point for my birthday 😁

Exceptionally professional and very welcoming staff. I had been in for hair highlights which was done by Teddy who is a thorough professional and did my hair meticulously ,a great job indeed !!

Very good experience overall and a very good price for what they do and offer. Very polite as well. They always ask me if I would like something to drink and the service for manicure and pedicure is very clean. I don't mind if they speak polish it's their language and it is natural for them. For what I had up until 5 stars are well deserved.

My friend and I had a pedicure at H&M today. It was a lovely experience, very relaxed and professional. The salon is beauiful and very clean. My pedicure was done by Viola, she was very good and I enjoyed the treatment. I had the option of having 'Shellac' although the polish used was not Shellac it was another brand of gel polish, for me this is an issue because I expected Shellac (which is abvertised) and the quality of other gels do not compare. Overall it was a lovely treatment, Viola and Marta were fabulous and I'd return to the salon.

I showed my hair stylist a few pictures of an idea of how I wanted my hair to look and she was amazing! Exactly how I imagined it, not only with the colour but also with the soft curls. Definitely recommend and definitely go back, if only I could remember her name so I could ask for her again!

i visit this salon as i was visiting Notthingham.. i had very nice swedish massage by Viola...viola was amazing...i feel so relax and she knows what she doing.... after i had microdemabrasion with Viola..she treat me like a princess...my face looks so fresh and glowing...she is more then 5 star therapist...very happy...thanks xxx

The girls take care of every detail, starting from tea and cakes :-P through a conversation with the client about the choice of hairstyle, to a fantastic ending in the form of the expected metamorphosis :-) I recommend Mrs. Monica - a nice person with beautiful curls :-P I felt very good during 2.5 hour visit to the salon. Mrs. Monika was still asking if she needed something and if everything was all right. Rarely, there is such a nice service. Prices are also satisfactory, especially when you can take advantage of the promotion ;-) I think H&M is the best Polish salon in the area. A place where service cares for the customer and the prices are not overwhelming. I would recommend. (Original) Najlepsza obsluga w miescie. Dziewczyny dbaja o kazdy detal,poczawszy od herbatki i ciastek :-P poprzez rozmowe z klientka nt doboru fryzury, po fantastyczne zakonczenie w postaci wyczekiwanej metamorfozy :-) Polecam pania Monike-przemila osoba z pieknymi lokami :-P Bardzo dobrze sie czulam podczas 2.5 godzinnej wizyty w salonie. Pani Monika wciaz pytala czy czegos potrzebuje oraz czy wszystko w porzadku. Rzadko kiedy spotyka sie tak mila obsluge. Ceny rowniez sa zadowalajace,szczegolnie kiedy mozna skorzystac z promocji ;-) Mysle,ze H&M to najlepszy polski salon w okolicy. Miejsce,gdzie obsluga dba o klienta,a ceny nie sa przytlaczajace. Polecam.
