Lexi (hair) and Danielle (spa) are both amazing at what they do. I would not go anywhere else. Lexi listens, advises and creates. Her colouring expertise never disappoints. Danielle offers the best massages and facials - such a relaxing treat!

I rarely write reviews but felt I must say "thank you" to Lexy. I had a consulation with Lexy as I wanted to have a restyle and go quite short and have a different colour, but I wanted a no maintenance, soft, textured, feminine look. Lexy listened and offered suggestions and I booked her for a week later. Lexy remembered the consultaion and could tell I was nervous, but reassued me the style would suit me. I am absolutely delighted with the cut and the colour. She kept some of my existing hair colour for highlights and it looks brilliant. Many of my friends have commented that the style suits me and what a good cut and colour it is. I would highly recommend Lexy.

I had my hair cut here for the first time this week. I had a complete restyle with Lexi and she made my hair look fantastic. The whole experience from a little back massage to just the friendliness of the girls was lovely. Will definitely be returning.

Although my hair experiences have been a little mixed here, I have always enjoyed my spa treatments, especially the three treatment deal which feels good value for money and keeps me coming back whenever I visit. I love the Aveda products, I just wish the salon was part of the Pure Privilege membership so I can gather points on my product purchases.

Recently visited the Joshua Tree for highlights and cut. Will definitely re-book. Emma Reed was my stylist. The colours she advised me to have were so natural and my hair looked in fab condition after using the lovely products they have at the salon. All the staff are really friendly and the atmosphere in the salon is very relaxing - love the massage when you first arrive ! Don't normally write reviews but had such a great experience at the Joshua Tree that I felt I had to. Everyone was really friendly and really professional. Was booked in with one of the Master Stylists and it was more than worth the money. She came over and talked me through the different styles that would work for me and after that I was happy to leave her to do whatever she thought was best. And it didn't disappoint! Really really happy with the cut. Also ended up buying some hair wax (which I don't normally do!) because she told me why it was good for me rather than just telling me what was in it! Would recommend the Joshua Tree to anyone. A nice, relaxed, professional and friendly place to spend an hour!

Recent visit for back, shoulder and neck massage. Sophie worked hard at reducing the knots in my shoulders, great massage, re-booked for 2 weeks time to continue the good work. Friendly team and great service. Booked in for a cut and colour now too, the helpful staff did a patch test straight away.

This salon is fab !! I have always been made to feel very welcome and relaxed. My hairdresser Emma, is the best, I have followed her around for the past 6 years and am so pleased she has taken a role at this Salon. The salon is very clean and the staff make you feel very welcome. Emma is a fantastic hairdresser and is always honest and comes up with good ideas if I need a change. I travel from the other side of town but its well worth it. Defo worth a visit if you need a change and good advice.

Recently started coming to Joshua Tree. The treatment area is small but lovely. Staff are wonderful. Have had lots of bad waxes in my day but since I've been coming here... Can honestly say they are the best. Have brought my husband and mother in law for massages here (separately obvs) and they report the same great experiences. Can't praise them enough!

I regularly have my hair done at the Joshua tree by Lexie and Amie. They are experienced hairdressers with a wealth of knowledge and they have been using the Aveda products for years. They always make me feel very welcome and the service is second to none. I would recommend people to book in with either of them as they will look after you and listen to your hair needs. I can tell the difference in using Aveda to your normal shampoo and conditioners and can definately say I will stick with it!!

One of the nicest places to be on a day when a bit of pampering is needed. I was with Gemma today for a treatment and felt so at ease and made to feel welcome even though they had been so busy.
