D. L.I’ve been going here before the pandemic then stopped but back again and I love this place. Very friendly and considerate to your needs. Love the coffee too. They do a loyalty card which always helps and reasonably priced. I showed them what I wanted and they did just that which is fab. They also advised me what’s best for my cruise. Highly recommend.
S. T.Over from Australia & made an appointment here, glad I did as although they accept walk in they were very busy & it avoided a wait. Excellent service one. I had an in fill, one thing I did notice different was that they did not ask you to wash your hands prior & in these covid times this could be beneficial to everyone, I did like the hot towel at the end, that was a nice touch. Very happy customer.

k. C.Service is good. Slightly disappointed that I was late being taken for my previously booked appointment. Due to this my stay in the car park went over resulting in a parking ticket. I was going to run out and put more money in the machine when another customer came in asking about the parking as the machine was out of order.
T. S.I have tried several nail places and always felt uncomfortable their and changed! Finally found this place and absolutely love it! The staff are all really good and speak very good English! They help you decide on your nail design if needed and offer free hand massages after and tea and coffee as soon as you sit down! Very polite, very professional and an all round great service! Love this place
R. T.Great salon. Just visited with my sister and my mum to prepare for my sister's wedding. Fantastic service and we are all really pleased with our nails. My sister and I had pedicures and they have a massage chair and gave us lovely foot massages. All in all excellent service, friendly staff, great choice of gel colours and we even had a couple of coffees each!
M. C.Lovely. Clean, relaxed not rushed. My daughter particularly likes the hand massage when your nails are completed. All the staff are lovely and they always offer free tea or coffee. (Good coffee)
p. b.Have been having my nails done here regularly since the summer. Great service, my nails are always done well and I've never had an issue. Love that you can just pop in no appointment need. Would highly recommend.

Completely ruined my nails.
I had gel put on then after a few weeks had to have it removed they have over filed my nails to remove it and now they have all broken and gone flaky and peeling away, one has a big hole in it.
I am reporting to trading standards as its the first time using them and will avoid the place in future. The worst thing is I'd been in previously to discuss my nails as I used to bite them so they are quite flimsy still and asked what was the best thing for them! They said Gel nails which I didnt realise had to be filed off!! I'm left with sore broken nails which look awful

T.I've been going to the nail bar since it opened it's far the best I've ever been to the staff are so friendly and professional the salon is very clean and u get a lovely coffee when u arrive the over all experience is fantastic my nails always look so classy and flawless I love my nails to be beautiful and love diamonds so they make sure they are what I ask for I will be waiting at the door asoon as they opened for business been back to the nail bar this week after a very long break from lock down to one is 5 months so was over the moon with my nails yet again fantastic job
