Very easy to get a treatment even though it was a Saturday. Zara was very helpful, polite, efficient and friendly and expert in her skills and the advice she gave. Very happy. Would definitely recommend without hesitation!

Came before closing and Humaira was very kind to accommodate me. Surprisingly a relaxing time for me (almost fell asleep) though I always end up crying after brows treatment. Would definitely book again. Well done Humaira! Thank you so much for my lovely brows xx

Zara was absolutely wonderful today. She accommodated my booking for a gel manicure at short notice. Her approach was very friendly and welcoming and I felt very at ease like an old friend. Her nail skills are amazing and it was the best gel manicure I’ve ever had - I honestly say that after years of having my nails done, I’ve never had someone as good as Zara at the application I will be coming back to her again for my nails and will also try a Pedicure and Brow wax with her too. She explained about a money saving package which I will also purchase next time For £24 for the gel nail service today it was very reasonably priced and fantastic. It’s very pampering with nail oil applied to cuticles at the end and a luxurious hand cream. Also I would say the quality of the products used is high quality - all OPI branded nail products and even the lamp was so comfy putting your hand in. It was CND brand I think the lamp In the past most salons I’ve gone too have used cheap lamps but this was a good quality one with a padded feeling inside when you rest your hand. Plus it didn’t sting or feel too hot which some cheap non branded lamps can be ...which damage your nails I also noticed that hygiene was exceptional there. All the girls wore plastic gloves on their hands. Nail equipment was sanitised in barbicide disinfectant and chairs and table wiped down immediately with anti bac spray after a customer gets up and leaves Overall would give this 10/10 better than posh salons I’ve gone to and Zara deserves this review. I also left her a £5 tip as she was so lovely That said I also have to give credit to the other ladies who work there who were also very friendly and had lovely brows themselves - which is always a good sign as I said to Zara most brow bars I went to they always made my brows far too thin. These girls have nice shapes for their brows and aren’t too thin which gives you confidence they’ll do a good job on my brows Loved the experience and highly recommend to everyone. I was really satisfied with the results. The technician made sure to keep the shape of my brows and just cleaned the edges, which is exactly what I wanted. I'm always hesitant to get my brows waxed at new places because I have had bad experiences before. Will definitely come again!

Mixed experiences with different beauticians, but Zara has perfect technique and gets my brows how I want them everytime! However another beautician here ripped off a layer of skin waxing my brows with improper technique, so depends on who you book with; definitely reccomed Zara here though :)

First time I've ever had a brow/lash tint and the lady made me feel really at ease, nice and relaxed (also haven't had my brows threaded in ages either). Working in a hospital during the pandemic meant it was the first time in well over a year that I've made any time to treat myself to even a little bit of pampering - she made it so enjoyable and did a great job, so I'd definitely come back! (Edit: I think the lady was called Priya, at least that's what it says on my online booking)
