Absolutely amazing place! Ive been travelling 20 miles+ each time I need my hair colouring for the last 3 years because they are so good. They listen to what you want and suggest what they feel would suit you best - but they will always do as you wish! Atmosphere is lovely and friendly, service is faultless. Would highly recommend!

I have been coming to pure hair and beauty for 5 years now and never will I change to elsewhere. My experience at pure has always been warm and welcoming as it is full of bubbly and very experienced beauticians and hair stylists. Bernie never fails to leave my eyebrows looking amazing and fresh ! Bernie also does my Hollywood wax which at first I was very nervous about having however Since the first time having it done I have always been made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Not only am I pleased with the beauty side to this place but Chloe, who is a hair stylist , has managed to get my terrible purple box dye out of my hair back to my natural colour whilst adding in some luscious 20 inch extensions. I really would recommend pure hair and beauty as they never fail to disappoint.

I absolutely love this place! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatment or hair! Bernie is such a professional, highly qualified lovely lady who takes care in everything she does. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the perfect place to de-stress. I have Chloe who works her magic on my princess hair! She listens to exactly what i want & i'm always happy with the outcome! She’s such a friendly and amazing hairstylist and manages to work miracles on my hair every time. I have used this shop for 10 years for hair and beauty . Very professional and fantastic service . Girls always go above and beyond. Berni and Kate are fantastic at beauty treatments and I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Gel nails last for over 3 weeks everytime and tans are flawless .

I have been visiting Bernie for treatments for approximately 20 years, the last 12 of these at Pure Hair and Beauty. Whilst coming to this salon, I have also been treated by Kate and Sinead. All three therapists are kind, thoughtful, careful, caring and extremely knowledgeable. They take their time to discuss treatments and offer advice and guidance to ensure that I receive the best service. After care advice and support is also second to none. Over the years I have had many treatments. In fact I am at Pure Hair and Beauty regularly. These include waxing, massages, tanning, hand and feet treatments, facials and shrinking violet fat loss body wraps. I am fussy and hard to please! I have never been disappointed! I will always return! The cost and availability of treatments is superb. The information I receive by email, text or social media regarding special offers and new treatments ensures that I am kept up to date and given the best opportunity of booking these. I have also taken advantage of vouchers and given these as presents to friends and family to encourage them to use this lovely salon too. All have been delighted with their welcome and treatments and have since returned. The vibrant and beautifully decorated and maintained salon is clean and hygienic and smells wonderful! I always receive a smile and a warm welcome from the team when I arrive. I am extremely delighted with the service that I receive from Bernie and her team and I look forward to visiting for at least another 20 years.

First time ever I have got my hair professionally done and I highly recommend this salon. I got a balayage done by an amazing hairdresser called Britney. I’m absolutely in love with my hair. It looks spectacular. The process took around 3-4 hours. I had to bleach it, tone it down along with the dye treatment. I got a cut and blow dry and my hair curled and it was all worth the wait. All you got to do it trust the process and you’ll be in love with your new hair as soon as it’s done. I would like to say a huge thank you to Britney and the rest of the friendly staff. I appreciate everything that you’ve done for me. I will definitely be a returning customer to this salon as I feel way more confident and the salon is superb along with the hairdressers.

Chloe has been doing my hair for about a year now and she’s amazing! I started with just a colouring service from her and she always got the colour spot on, now I also get hair extensions from them and I think they’re easily the best in Notts! They’re definitely some of the cheapest in Nottingham with some of the best quality work too! WOW is all I can say about the amazing massage and facial I recently had here. I visited the salon with my Mom for a joint birthday treat and we had the loveliest afternoon being pampered. I was so pleased with the results from my facial, and my skin looked so refreshed and youthful. From start to finish we were made to feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone in need of some TLC, you will be well looked after no matter how big or small your treatment.

Una: The one thing I am looking forward to after the lockdown is a good pampering at Pure Hair and Beauty. Very clean and modern premises equipped with the latest fat-freezing and million dollar facial treatments (glad it doesn't cost that!) - has made my wife happier and to be honest younger-looking and I mean that. This is by far one of the most effective treatments I've ever received. I am due to have another Cryo freeze when the salon can reopens its doors. I am so pleased with the results from this. I have noticed quite a significant difference around my lower back which is where I received treatment eight months ago with Kate. I have been going to pure HB for the past 6 years. After going to many other salons in the city prior to this, once finding pure I would not ever consider going anywhere else! From the moment I walk in the salon I am treated like a VIP and made to feel welcome. Had a back and neck massage earlier after suffering with very bad stiffness. Had a half hour slot and had a lot more movement in my neck immediately. I’ve had various treatments here over the years. Pure is the best place for a HD brow by far, Sinead is amazing. I’ve also had a course of 3D lipo and skin tightening with Kate. As someone who has always been conscious of their tummy even though I’m fairly petite and exercise regularly, I found this treatment highly effective. It boosted my confidence massively and I wouldn’t hesitate to have it again if I felt I needed it in years to come. For me it was well worth the money and I’m careful where I spend it when it comes to beauty. If I don’t walk out 100% happy I’m not going back. I ALWAYS do here, plus the girls are lovely. Highly recommend.

She recommended me few Dermalogica care routine products which made my skin so better. What a stunning salon. I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted and Bernie was highly professional in every way. The beauty rooms are furnished to a really high standard and this is certainly the place I will be revisiting in the future. Having arranged a special pamper day for myself and a friend as a birthday treat and on coming out of lockdown, we were totally looked after in the hands of Berni and Kate, we had an amazing relaxation day with a full body massage, dermalogica facial, manicure and pedicure, the girls were extremely professional and made us both feel very relaxed even accommodating a drink and snack between treatments, we both left feeling sensational, and would highly recommend the salon !
