I had my first ever spray tan at Serenity Retreat and it definitely won’t be my last. I’ve always felt self conscious about getting one before and nervous about how the colour would come out, but when I found out serenity were now doing spray tans I thought I’d give it a go. I was made to feel completely comfortable and was really put at ease. I didn’t feel sticky afterwards and the smell wasn’t bad or overpowering. Real care was taken to wipe my nails etc after the tan had been applied. The colour got darker as the day went on but it never looked too dark and there was no orange in sight! When I showered the next morning I was left with the most even golden tan. Even my hand, feet and knees were perfect which I’ve never managed to achieve with fake tan at home! I absolutely loved the outcome and will definitely be back for another one very soon.

Fantastic service, but I love the guaranteed result. Been to many places in the past but found a hidden gem with these guys. Brazilian wax definitely comes highly recommended.

Follow up review - I'm still going to Serenity for lash infills every three weeks. I love it there! I now go for the H2O facial as well as with Sarah. The H2O facial really is delightful and makes a huge difference instantly. My face felt tighter & poreless! I was able to wear make-up still later in the evening and I could just tell by applying my make-up the difference in my skin's quality. My skin was glowing from underneath! Loved every second of it. . . . What an absolutely wonderful place and the staff are so kind and friendly! My Russian lashes look amazing and I can't wait to flutter them about. I've already booked an infill appointment because I'm so keen to come back again soon! Can't wait to recommend this place to my friends.

I cannot fault this beauty salon it’s AMAZING! I go regular for HD brows but this time I had my make-up done and it looked fabulous! I never have my make-up done so was unsure on what I would look like but I had so many compliments throughout the day. My skin felt amazing and the make-up lasted all day! It’s perfect for any occasion or just to treat yourself! I have booked to have it done again. Thanks again!

I recently went to nails rock and i am glad i did! It's a great salon, i had a spray tan which turned out great! I also had gel nails done too, they were amazing. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone! I was made to feel comfortable through out my visit and the girls are great. 10/10!

I’ve been using serenity now for over 4 years, they’ve never let me down always been accommodating and always have a lovely smile when you walk through the door! I always feel comfortable having my treatments here and would never go elsewhere! Would give them 10 stars if I could!

I have been visiting the salon for over 3 years and am a regular, for nails, brows, facials and massages, to be honest I think I have tried nearly all of the treatments at one time or another. Schanelle and her team are very professional and provide a superb level of service across the broad range of treatments on offer. I've always found the staff very accomodating and flexible with appointment times. I simply wouldn't go any where else.

Gave me an appointment at very short notice. Girls were friendly and polite, I had to bring my 20 month old baby boy with me, who decided to wake up from his nap halfway through my nails. Girls were understanding and kind about it - despite the fact he was crying hysterically. My nails looked pretty good but the next day they started showing cracks, I called up and they straight away organised for me to come in the next day to rectify the problem. Nails now look amazing and they were very professional and friendly.

Best salon for nail and beauty treatments, especially the facials. Had my first course of crystal clear facials today and I'm overwhelmed with the result. I had shellac toes, gel nails and an eyebrow wax done at Nails Rock and the service was brilliant. The therapist was friendly and the design I had done on my gel nails was very impressive! I had them done for my holiday and they lasted the whole way through. I have made an appointment for my inflls and I am please to say I will become a regular customer

Well what can I say... This salon was highly recommended by a friend and I am over the moon I took her advice and paid them a visit. My spray tan was fast and developed lovely, with no streaks! The service was fantastic and the girls made me feel welcome. Finally a salon that makes me feel comfortable.

All the girls here are amazing! I’ve recently tried the H2O glow facial which was incredible. My skin felt so fresh and plumped after, would definitely recommend trying. I’ve been going here for over 3 years for treatments and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is a fantastic Salon - the staff are amazing, especially Schanelle!! I go every three weeks for my gel nails....I'd be completely lost without Nails Rock!! They also do loads of other brilliant beauty services....Ive got to try them all out at some point!! Would highly recommend Nails Rock.

Had an eyelash lift done here for my holidays and it was amazing so relaxing and my eyelashes look amazing the lady who did it was so lovely would recommend this place for sure and I will definitely be back :)
