L. B.I had my first visit to see Sammy B for a colour this week. After having a complete disaster a few years ago I was VERY nervous. I have very fine hair and worry about achieving a natural look. Sammy B was fab. We had a consultation where she listened to what I wanted and explained how to get the result I hoped for.
On the day I was greeted and made to feel very relaxed. Sammy B talked through the process and explained how balayage would be right for me and explained every step.
I am so happy with my hair, she did an amazing job.
The whole salon is lovely. Sammy B, the other beauticians and hairdresser were all friendly, chatty and welcoming.
An overall 5 star experience. Thank you.
