Clinician (Faheem Ahmed) was a bit rude. Disengaged and started watching his television programme before I had walked out the door. Beforehand, I had asked to receive a printed invoice as I had received this on my first visit. This was now too difficult apparently (different clinician) and I should refer to my statement, or he could send a screenshot. He never did. And when I asked to send the receipt to a second e-mail address this was 'making more work for him'. The service is fine, and this isn't a hospitality venue, but please remember that some courtesy to paying customers is appreciated.

We visited for Antigen tests before travel. Fantastic service, so helpful and welcoming, chatting to our little boy that we had to bring along. The whole process was very fast and we got the results through quickly.

We had antigen tests done to be able to go home from the UK. Very friendly member of staff. All very efficiently done and not long to wait. We were given printed copies of the certificate as well as being sent PDFs via email. Whilst we parked a few minutes away, there is in fact some parking spaces available outside the clinic.

Used them for a fit to fly certificate to head back to USA. Booked test very easily online, was all finished within 10 minutes of my appointment start time. Results back the very same day. About to book them for a Day 2 test as have seen they are on the official government list. Provider I used previously was via post and took over a week to get the results(!) Definitely use these guys if you are in Oxford - you won't go wrong.

Went for a fit to fly PCR test. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. They took special care to get my flight credentials correct and had my test result to me within less than a day. They guarantee to get your result the next day (even over weekends). Overall good service, I would recommend.

I had visited the clinic because I was suffering from strong back pain and eczema on my arms. Faheem who was working in the clinic was very knowledgeable and treated me with medicines, who really fit for my medical conditions. After one with a half week of treatment, my terrible back pain is gone, and my skin condition becomes better as well. Faheem saved me from spending a lot of money and time expensive creams and skin procedure. I like as well that the clinic staff does follow up consultations with all their patients. Thank you guys for your hard and honest work.

I visited the clinic with my son who has a rash. I had tried other places and no one could diagnose it. I heard the pharmacist Faheem is specializing in dermatology and I visited him. Straight away he diagnosed my child with a funagl infection of the skin and issued treatment. Fantastic services and the rash cleared up in 2 weeks like he said. My child natural skin color is also back to normal. Great service.

Yesterday I urgently needed to have an injection as part of my treatment for a serious health problem. After making numerous inquiries we were directed to Ahmeys clinic in Oxford Road where Faheem was able to give me the injection (a little complicated because of the procedure that it was necessary to follow), explaining every step so that, if necessary, my wife could administer it in the future. We were very impressed by Faheem's patience and professionalism and would strongly recommend him for the way he dealt with an urgent need that we would not have been able to solve otherwise. In a time when it's virtually impossible to get an appointment when you're in need at my local GP, this service helped prevent a visit to overstretched A&E. Faheem was able to work out what was causing a pain in my side and to work out that I had some sort of kidney infection. He prescribe the appropriate medication which is working. they are a role model for improving ways of organising NHS services when someone needs to see someone urgently
