Had eyebrow wax and tint with Leigh today. It was the first time I used Benefit services and I am in love with the outcome! Leigh paid attention to every single detail and ensured I was 100% happy with the final result. I am definitely going back and I highly recommend!

Leigh is an absolute genius at brows. I arrived on-counter with wonky, badly shaped and too-dark brows from another (nameless) brow bar for her to completely reinvigorate my trust in brow professionals. Understandably nervous in case I went from bad to worse, she took time to consult, test various brow shapes, to understand what I wanted but still guided me towards a suitable shape for me before deftly and gently waxing to a new shape. She took the time to help me learn how to recreate my look at home, found the perfect colour pencil and sent me away happy. It’s clear she loves her work and despite Oxford being 1hr+ from home I shall be back. In nearly 30 years of having my brows ‘done’, this was my best experience. Give that woman a raise!

Steph, on the Benefit stand in John Lewis Oxford, was so lovely! I do not generally wear makeup, but I wanted some help as what to use for wedding makeup. Steph was very understanding of what I wanted, chose perfect shades, and showed me exactly how to use and apply each product. I was a bit nervous of the process, but Steph put me at ease and explained everything so clearly. Also very talented, chose the perfect foundation shade first time! I’m so pleased with the results, and purchased the minis of the products used. Perfect size for a bit of practice before the big day! Thank you!
