D. B.My first set of gels. I have not had them professionally done since but the quality was impeccable 💕
A high standard and quality of service and a reasonable price for that quality. I got some gel extensions - there was no lift and seamless application with the perfect ombre effect I wanted. It was a replica of the image I had shown.
Henni is friendly and a genuinely lovely experience. If I get gels done again, I'll be headed back.

L. D.Heni had been doing my nails for more than a year. I find her to be a professional nail technician who prides herself in her work. My nails do not chip and a shellac can last for 3 weeks, sometimes 4. I highly recommend Heni if your person who wants their nails to be prepared and cared for.
大.I always go to heni nails and get my nails done there because she is great. It is very hard to find the person who does really well for nail care (which is like cutting cuticle, reshaping the nails) around here so I'm glad that I found her near where I live. She is also very polite to the customer, and with great service, it is worth it to go there if you want to get proper nail care.
But I always have a problem with the Toni and Guy's reception. I usually call directly to heni for booking an appointment but sometimes she doesn't answer so I had to call Toni and Guy's number to make an appointment. I don't know why but they are just very rude for no reason. The attitude is just bad and sounds like they don't want me to book an appointment. I go hani nails every 3weeks or so, I would say that I am regular customer but this is quite bagging me since I came to this salon for the first time. Maybe because I just do my nails, not my hair or whatever the reason? I don't really know, I go there only for my nails. (Because of the first impression of this salon its really bad so why would I go to cut my hair there anyway?)
Its a shame that they have great serves but they don't respect the customer. I'm hoping that this would change something and I don 't have to worry about searching new nail salon.
I. R.really lovely experience - great long lasting acrylics with a good range of regular and shellac polishes. Relaxed environment and Heni herself is brilliant. Also very good prices, same or lower than nail bars!
