I've had a variety of treatments over the years with April, as I trust her implicitly with all things facial, waxing, manicures, pedicures, IPL, etc. The care and attention is always top notch and with A* service. It was so nice going to a salon and receive such professional service. Everything about my experience was excellent. April is so professional in the way she presents herself, the way she talks to her customers, the way she keeps her place. I went to get a spray tan and I was very happy with it and the way she explained everything. She went out of her way as far as walking with me to the car with a towel over my head not to get me wet with the rain. 5 stars from me. I will definitely go again for other treatments. Anna

Due to many reasons, pandemic one of them, I hadn’t been for a while for my Hollywood wax so April had her work cut. As usual she was really thorough - I wouldn’t go anywhere else because she really knows what she’s doing and it’s important, especially in that intimate area. Carol is excellent at organising my next appointments on reception and I try my best to come early to see if I can get at one of her delicious brownies. I really did not want to write a review because I like them so much and don't want to share them with anyone :-) This salon is fantastic, everyone working there knows their stuff, is friendly and helpful, gives good advice. I have been going for a couple of years now and from hair, to waxing to nails I can only recommend them. I feel good whenever I leave and know I got my money's worth.

Positive, smiley, level ground staff/therapists all around, great experience from start to finish. They get to know you straight away and use your name to address you which feels really nice, indicating there’s no barrier and I felt more comfortable that way to be honest. Lovely treatments went well with a super good impressive price, beyond definitely a reputable organisation, the place was neatly and tidily presented, very spacious. I was very welcomed as a newbie and everything that needed elaborating on was done as so, any questions I had were answered and they were willing to answer more if and when. Kate is a brilliant hairdresser and has made me very happy by sorting my hair and colour to just how I've wanted it for a long time. Really friendly atmosphere. We were offered refreshments straight away and I was even treated to a beautiful slice of chocolate cake whilst I waited for hubby to have his massage. Great location with plenty of parking. We will definitely be back
