I had been looking into facial treatments for sun damaged skin and booked a consultation. The staff at Ugly Betty’s were welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door. Carra gave me an excellent consultant and as someone who has never had any facial treatments before, made me feel at ease and gave me different options to consider. We decided on microdermabrasion and after only 3 appointments, I am seeing huge differences already! I have been so happy with Carra’s work, I have booked in for other treatments too! Would highly recommend!!

Lovely, calm, inviting salon. I walked in one day and asked about shellac toenails and they had a space straight away. What a lovely surprise! I often walk in now - it’s worth a try. I’ve also booked in advance for facials etc and every lady I’ve met is friendly, and professional. The owner (sorry, I’ve forgotten your name) is amazing - nothing is too much trouble 🥰

I contacted ugly Betty's for some beauty services that I had previously had elsewhere. I was a little apprehensive as the last treatment I had elsewhere had some undesirable results. Cara was great at explaining what may have happened previously and how to avoid it. I left feeling great amd very happy. I only get my nails done on special occasions and for the last couple of years have been coming to Ugly Bettys. Every time they've been warm, welcoming and friendly. Helped me to pick colours and patterns and given tips on how to look after my nails long term. My last trip Jenny did some wonderful nail art for me and she was so lovely that I had to leave a review.
