I went to get my daughter's ears pierced. Toni was fantastic. She was very professional and kind as my daughter was very nervous. I would highly recommend. She explained the steps and asked me to sign a consent sheet, she wore gloves and everything was sterilised as you would expect. Thankyou so much Toni. I bring my autistic boys every 2 months for their hair - Chloe does my eldest and Kathryn my youngest. Both Chloe and Kathryn put the boys at ease and take their time with them both. The eldest feels really grown up because Chloe is a barber, but she always makes sure to give him what he wants and not just the standard 'boy' cut most barbers do. Kathryn especially takes her time with my youngest as he has really fine hair that has to be carefully cut. It's never too much trouble for her and I really appreciate the effort she puts in.

I regularly attend Be Beautiful for threading and eyebrow tinting. They do a very good job. Rubina and Anila are excellent at threading and it seems less painful than in some other salons I have visited in the past. They always double check the colour the client is looking for with the tinting and pay great attention to detail to ensure great results.

First time I've been to this place and I went to get eyelash extensions, (I had Russians) ice been to many different salons all over the UK and had them done by many different people over the years but none can compare to these that's I've had done here they are absolutely perfect !! WOW!!!!! What a fantastic experience we had today at Be Beautiful! After I decided to dye my hair at home and making a totally hash of it. Liam came to my rescue, He not only managed to pull my hair back to some sort of normalaty, but he did an outstanding job at the same time. He made it look and feel fantastic and the whole time he made sure my hair stayed healthy in good condition. Totally blown away by the service. Also at the same time a lovely lady who I can't remember her name(sorry) cut my daughters hair. Ready to return to School, And she was fabulous with her. I always manage to get booked in at Be Beautiful easily, I only booked the night before and managed to get Suzanne who always does a great job on my hair. As always Becca goes above and beyond. She's an absolute credit to the team the salon. Without fail I always walk away with the most perfect lashes. Three weeks ago after a slight mishap with another beautician standing in for becca whilst she had a few days off. She managed to pull it out of the bag yet again and correct what had been done, and leave me with the best lashes. Today I returned for my infil and my lashes where still in amazing condition and pretty full after she had fixed them on the last lash appointment 3 weeks ago. I honestly have never had someone do my lashes as a well as becca does them. 5 star service from start to finish. And I always get so many compliments on my lashes regardless of the stage they're at from full set to infil.

I was a bit dubious given the nature of the treatment but Anila ( I hope I've spelt it right ) made me feel comfortable straight away and was chatty throughout which was nice, the treatment itself was bizarre feeling to begin with but soon felt comfortable and without going into too much detail, I definitely needed it! Today I received PDO thread lift with Joanne. I was a little nervous, unsure if the procedure would be painful but I was pleasantly surprised. I think that was mostly due to the skilled practitioner Joanne as she was very aware and was consistent in asking me if I was ok. The only area I found some discomfort was around the chin area, so Joanne added some lidocaine to the threads which numbed the discomfort in an instant. After years of wanting my hair done at Be Beautiful (after following them on social media) i went & had it done. They are more expensive than other places but after seeing all the pictures i was willing to pay a little extra, now i wish i could say it was everything i thought it would be but actually.. it wasn't. So i was having my hair done & the guy was really rushing, he was polite but kept hurting me as he was so heavy handed (what he called himself when he realised he kept hurting me) & he was rushing so much it was not the relaxing experience i was hoping for. Then i had my hair washed, more pain even though i told him i was head sore. After that two ladies came over & told him his next client is here, he said he wanted to finish me first before moving on, he was told to go to his next client, he apologised & left to see to someone else, i was left sat in the salon chair with wet hair & was told someone would be over when available. Around 20 minutes later (my hair half dried) the woman who told me someone will be over said "its ok, ill do it" she then asked another woman to help dry my hair.. i had two women blow drying my hair, as rushed as possible. I honestly felt like i was such an inconvenience to them like i was totally in their way & was not given the time. After it was dry i was given a trim that lasted not even 5minutes & was told thanks & im done. The guy who dyed my hair made an effort to ask if i liked it which i guess was nice of him. Also there was two nail tech girls that was looking at each other & laughing then walked into the next room where they work.. whilst looking in the direction of clients.. i thought this came across as rude & made me feel uncomfortable, seemed unprofessional of them as the client could feel they was laughing at them. I went on to pay £80. The colour is nice & i do like it, it wasnt finished nice at all though, it was like a really rubbish blowdry, they could of at least curled or straightened it & not just left it half puffy. So the truth is i like my hair, but in future i will go somewhere else where i feel appreciated & given more time & effort too.
