Came for the first time on my birthday as a surprise treat from my husband. On arrival I wasn’t sure what he had booked and was a little nervous. Nicola informed me my husband had booked the indulgence package which included a back, neck and shoulder massage as well as a facial. Nicola was fantastic and made me feel at ease straight away. She talked me through the treatments while choosing the oils which would suit me best. The massage was fantastic and I could really feel the difference afterwards especially the tension in my neck and shoulders which was released. I hadn’t had a facial before but it was so relaxing and my skin felt great afterwards. The whole experience was finished off with a yummy hot chocolate. Thank you Nicola and I will be taking your advice and drinking more water to keep my skin hydrated ☺️

I have had my regular hot stone massage this evening with Nicola who is so brilliant and she is my favourite therapist ever. She understands me thoroughly and reads my body quickly, targeting the pesky areas what ever my poor body is struggling with that session with her highly skilled holistic technique. I manage to get into a deep meditative state even when she works hard to release all my tension. The room is always ready clean tidy and beautifully relaxing. I love to choose the oil with the sense test at the beginning as it is so good to see how your body chooses what it needs the most. Thank you. This was my first visit to Elements Day Spa and I went because I had been given a voucher. I booked the hot stone neck, shoulder and back massage. Nicola was amazing - she took time to chat to me beforehand and explain the massage, and again afterwards discussed how I had found the experience, explaining what I should do to make the most of it. She was very intuitive, working out what I needed to do to relieve my tension etc. She suggested alternative therapies without pressurising me to book them. The whole experience was fantastic and I felt the benefits for the whole day.

Where do I start from start to finish amazing. Was greeted by Farrah when I arrived very professional and polite. Then sat me down to go through all my details to make sure they were correct. Then Ruth came and introduced herself to let me know she was going to do my treatment which was aromatherapy. She sat me down and did a short consultation on the main reasons of booking this treatment. Also explained what it entails. The treatment was brilliant again very professional and polite. Felt relaxed from the moment I arrived. All I can say is Wow would highly recommend this place. Already booked the next one.

This was my first appointment back after they were able to reopen, all the new measures were in place and I felt very safe but I also felt very relaxed.
