My wife has attended the Preston clinic and is about 3/4 the way through her treatment she was ill for 2 months they have extended her treatment the difference in her hair is fantastic Tracy has been so supportive and helpful would recommend this clinic to anyone . 5 star

I have suffered with alopecia for 7 years it affected my life so much and tried everything possible, then i heard about HLC and I went for a consultation at the Lancaster clinic. I admit i was very sceptical at first as nothing at had worked and i had more or less given up, but i decided to give it a try. i started my treatment in June 2021 and now coming to the end of my treatment and I absolutely stunned my the results and how my hair has grown. I do not have any bald patches now and my hair is thicker than it has been in years. This treatment 100% works its not a con or a money making scam like some people have said. A very good friend of mine was very sceptical of this when I first told him I was starting this treatment then he saw the results after a few months and he was amazed by just how different my hair was, himself going very thin and almost balding decided to have the treatment and now 2 months in his hair is all growing back and the results are astonishing. the top and bottom of this is it does work and i highly recommend this treatment to anyone who is affected by hair loss. Thank you to Tracy and the team at HLC for the time and effort to make my life so much bearable and to give me back all my confidence.

When I first read about Preston Hair Loss Clinic I must admit I was quite sceptical. I had tried various treatments elsewhere and had no success. I felt I had nothing to lose and this would be my last attempt to save my hair, so I made an appointment. Their scientific and evidence based explanation was excellent and reassuring, they are very cautious in their approach and never promised me anything. I went for the Laser Treatment and I must say I am incredibly impressed not only with the results but also with their staff who are so warm. I've had multiple sessions this year and last with the clinic and to be honest, never expected this much progress. My hair is looking and feeling thicker than ever and have finally stopped finding hairs on my pillow and plughole (a massive achievement). The staff put me at ease straight away and throughout the treatment. I was slightly embarrassed as everyone is to begin with, however the hospitality and manner of each staff member makes you feel right at home. I would highly recommend the service to anyone suffering with any type of hair loss as I feel much more confident in myself and find when you look better you feel 10x better aswell. After my confidence taking a battering through my hair loss and I'm so thankful I found HLC! From the start they have been supportive and encouraging. One of my better decisions was going to visit these guys. Luckily i was in the earlish stages of hair loss, so I guess i caught it in time, for me this was a no brainer and i was annoyed with myself that i'd put it off for the previous few months. The guys couldn't be more welcoming especially Alison on reception. For me ive personally gone back to a full head of hair, and i'll continue using the hair products as part of my maintenance, to think 9 months ago i was at dinner with my balding dad and thinking HELP!

Id like to apologise and thank you Jessica . I first came to you 6 months ago with my brother who was extremely negative , he was rude and he was difficult and gave you a hard time I told him later he had interrogated you , he just wanted the best for me and sometimes the Asian heritage can behave in a way that isn't understood or wanted. You remained calm and professional and listened to all his worries and his concerns that I needed my hair to enable me to successfully marry. 6 months and I have a full head of hair that many people are now jealous of. My brother has sent you in a card and some chocolates to just explain what his worries were as he had heard of many bogus companies and thought this one would be the same. Today I had my last session with you and I was incredibly sad to leave hence the biggest hug . On behalf of myself and Ikram as said above id like to wholeheartedly thank you for your professionalism throughout my hair stages.
