The lady is really nice. Took me years of trying different salons and places in Preston before finding her and I couldn’t recommend anyone one else. It was even my friend who moved to Manchester that recommended her (she still makes the journey from Manchester to Preston for her appointments). Anyways 5 stars for waxing!

I was a bit nervous because I have only had it done once before by another therapist and I wasn’t happy with the results as I came out looking butchered 😂 .. I have found Sat after trying two different places (at one I got bruises after bikini wax and another - can't complain but it was a bit pricy). I really like that Sat gives a discount when you do several things at once, cause I've got a lot to remove (if you know what I mean :D). She does things super fast and still manages to maintain a conversation along the way. Sat continually invests in professional development to make sure she is up-to-date with latest advancements in the beauty industry. I’d highly recommend Sat at Hourglass to anyone in or around the Preston area. I have been going here for years and each and every one of my treatments have been done to a very high standard. Sat is lovely and instantly makes you feel at ease, my appointments are like monthly catch ups! All treatments are carried out professionally and skilfully, she’s a brow queen and a pro waxer. I experience very little discomfort during waxing treatments. The beauty room is lovely too and customers are rewarded for their loyalty with stamp cards and money off treatments. Will be sorry to stop coming here when I move away, but will book in when I visit friends in the area!
