Reena and her team are so warm and friendly. They are always a pleasure to see. I had the lip blush treatment done today and Reena was very professional and did an excellent job. I have now finished my full body laser at Mask Laser clinic in Fulwood! All I can say is if you are thinking about laser hair removal you need to think to go to a reputable experienced company! These ladies have a wealth of knowledge and experience in lasers and advanced skin technology. I have been looked after by Reena and Ulvi from day one. They have tailor made my skin treatments for me using the Crystal Clear Machines and Harmony clear lift machine. My skin looks and feels amazing now! Reena really took good care of me today, having been quite nervous to try the pixel feather brows. Reena spent a lot of time making sure the mapping out of the brows was perfect, and took on board suggestions to make sure I was 100% happy with the shape. Reena and her staff are very knowledgeable in what they do and their products. Their friendly warm personalities put you at ease especially if it's your first time trying something new which is what I did; I had feather brows. High quality products always used, alongside high quality services with brilliant staff who are very supportive of my sensitive skin needs - always make me feel super comfortable. Latest health and safety Covid adjustments are also brilliant, with everything being sanitised after each use and keeping the place clean as ever. Reena, Urvi and Nirali are all lovely and always super professional - ensuring they stay up to date with all qualifications and training. Nirali always does the best face waxing for me; knowing just how I like it done and my brows! It’s been so nice seeing you guys grow as a business, I look forward to seeing what the future has in store for you!!

Today had Power brows done by Reena in Fulwood. The salon is very clean and felt very Covid safe. All were wearing face masks and clients had to sanitise hands upon arrival and exit. Visited M:ask for the first time yesterday for laser hair removal with Reena using the Soprano ice machine. Have had laser before but not using this machine. WOW the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Really detailed initial consultation prior to the treatment starting, Lovely Salon and fantastic therapist. Found the treatment very relaxing which was very different from other laser treatments I have had in the past. Cant wait to see the results. Definitely recommend and if you are considering laser hair removal don't consider going anywhere else. Thanks again Rachel

This salon has to be the best in Preston in my view. Takes care of all my beauty needs from threading waxing to state of the art Soprano ice platinum laser which has worked better than I thought. My favourite has to be the Clear Lift & NIR. At 50+ I need all the help I can get! This really works for me and you do notice the difference even after one treatment. Reena and Urvi are very professional and explain in detail the treatment being carried out. Would highly recommend especially during these difficult times. You leave the Salon feeling amazing and uplifted!!

Reena and Urvi are totally amazing. The queens of the industry. Gel nails normally lasts me 1-2 weeks having horses. Reena’s last me 4. The hair removal is amazing, it does take time, but is totally worth it and you won’t find the same quality anywhere else. I have visited both salons, the Fulwood is smaller, and has more privacy but equally as gorgeous, clean and full of smiles as the Preston salon. If you want the best customer service, beauticians and products then M:ask is the place for you. I will not go anywhere else. I have never been to a salon that take as much pride in their work as Reena and the team do. Thank you xxx

I’ve been suffering with shoulder and upper back pain for almost 4 weeks, tried foam rolling, painkillers, stretches ! Nothing worked. Was recommended massage at M:ask and just had the most amazing back massage by the most awesome Reena Parekh! It feels wonderful to be pain free and move neck & shoulders without wincing in pain. If you have any musculoskeletal stiffness get yourself booked with her without second thoughts. You won’t regret it. Her salon has got amazing deals on and discounts on various treatments. Very clean premises, Covid SOPs being followed strictly and painstakingly by the staff. Get yourself booked without second thoughts! Already booked for my second appointment.

I absolutely love this place and the girls that work here. Reena truly goes out of her way to make sure she offers the leading most up to date treatments. They are constantly evolving and really care that customers have a great experience. They may be slightly more expensive than other copy cat salons in preston but you get what you pay for. I notice a few one stars recently with no comments and can't help think it's just a disgruntled ex employee who's a competitor! Ignore the childish 1 stars Reena, keep doing what you do..people only copy you because they have no originality! Can't wait to see the new Harmony xpro in action!!! X

From a tiny little pop up to now a successful little business. The owner Reena is such a pleasure to be around and the staff are really friendly and approachable. I have had my brows done here now since they opened. Love having my monthly Comcit facials, shellac nails. I have also had my eyebrows micro bladed by Reena and they are fantastic. I get so many compliments! Just recently I have invested in the soprano ice laser hair removal. I can honestly say it is amazing!! I suffer from Polycystic Ovaries and have tried many methods, spent a lot with laser and IPL. THIS IS THE BEST!! I STARTED TO SEE RESULTS IMMEDIATELY!! I ever we need information on beauty we always seek advice from Reena, she is very knowledgeable helpful and truthful. From Polygel nails to threading to microblading to the brilliant Comcit Elite facial Reena and her team stand out in Preston for the great Customer Service and professionalism in providing for all your beauty needs. Unlike a number of salons tried out in Preston there is transparency and professionalism on the service being provided and for me both Reena and Mez have done a brilliant job. Would highly recommend especially for the Comcit Elite Facial it has worked wonders and I can’t get enough of this place!!
