I have tried various nail salons but Andrea is top quality professional, she has a massive selection of colours and will help you choose rather than you pick a colour and that's it. I occasionally have waxing done as well which is quick and completely painless and she makes you feel so at ease when you're laying there half naked! Her salon is private and beautiful. I really would not go anywhere else and feel completely pampered when I leave there.

I have been seeing her for many years now for various treatments. Andrea is very professional, friendly and puts you at ease, she's also very fun to talk to. I don't just feel like a client but also a friend. She offers such a wide range and is brilliant at all of them. She really is fantastic!!! Her beauty salon is lovely, it's clean and modern. I regularly see her for waxing and truly wouldn't go anywhere else now; she makes it as painless as possible (as much as waxing can be). She is extremely accommodating with booking but is very busy so booking is advisable. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!!

Andrea is amazing! I've gone to her for many waxes and wouldn't ever go to anyone else now. She's by far the best i've ever experienced, very professional and makes it as painless as possible. She made me feel at ease straight away and is very chatty so the time flies. She uses hot wax so it hurts less and it looks great! I would recommend booking a week in advance if you are picky about the time as she is popular and gets booked up.

I visited Andrea for the first-time last week for a facial, she is one of the few beauty therapists in Reading that provide ENVIRON facials as well as knowledge on ENVIRON products; so, I was extremely pleased to find that she was local. Andrea was immediately warm and welcoming, and as it was my first time with her, she asked me about my skin, the products I was using and what I was looking to achieve. What I really loved was that Andrea then proceeded to personalise my facial experience to my skin, she knew exactly what I needed and coming out of the facial I felt refreshed and glowing. Several days later, when further effects of the facial began to reveal itself, my skin cleared significantly and overall feels brighter and more hydrated. I would highly recommend Andrea Reid, I was delighted with my experience and my results, and I will most definitely be back to try more of the wide range of treatments she offers.

If you want a highly qualified (from the days when beauty qualifications took years to do, not a day or week course), grown up to attend to you and not a young girl, then come and see this funny, professional, competent woman. Andrea deals with intimate matters with absolute professional normality. It is impossible to feel shy or embarrassed in her presence as she makes it her business to make you feel comfortable and in safe hands. She does every kind of waxing ( including male), nails, beauty treatments (her CACI is a lifesaver) and I am thankful beyond belief to have found her. I am that ‘woman of a certain age’ and it would be excruciating to present myself to a beautician who had no knowledge of what it’s like to grow older. Andrea is just fab, and truly, I love her. Go see her, you won’t regret it for a moment.
