I went into this nail salon with an image of a set of nails I had my heart set on, the 2 nail artists in the salon were fantastic, so patient and helped me create the perfect set and so near to the image I had shown them. I visited Flamingo beauty and as a person who regularly does nails and nail art, would say this nail salon offers basic operations. If you want nail art and design I would visit a more specialised establishment. Service was average, similar to service received at a fast food chain (without the speed).

I’ve been going to Flamingo Beauty regularly for a year now, and every time I have gone I have left so happy with my nails. They do not rush like other nail bars I have been to in the past, they make sure you leave happy and everyone, especially Lucia, John and David are always keen to give suggestions on nail colours or designs which is so helpful when I don’t know what I want! Today Lucia suggested I got gems on my nails and I love them! Everyone is so kind and polite and you really do feel valued unlike other places I have been to. Best nail bar I’ve been to and customer for life. Highly recommend.

Been having my nails done here for nearly a year now, staffs have always been friendly and helpful. The salon is spacious and clean, on top of that, they offer loads of nail colours and nail art. Couldn’t ask for more from a nail shop. Highly recommended! P/s: I don’t understand why are there a few negative reviews. But people be treated accordingly, I guess.

Had my first visit at flamingo beauty today after they had been recommended to me and I absolutely cannot fault. Lovely team, really clean and so friendly. Haven’t had my nails done in a while due to never being happy with the result but I can safely say Flamingo Beauty has restored my faith. I cannot wait for my next visit. I checked top rated nail salons in Reading, decided to book my manicure and pedicure in this one. Atmosphere is friendly, staff is polite, but girl who did my nails took forever to paint, but when I saw how shellac is bein applied, looked like a five year old did it. Another technician took over to fix it.Pedicure was done by another lady, I checked everything before I left. At home I check my toes again, shellac did not dry properly and smudged. How badly can you mess up a shellac ?! will have to go and redo it elsewhere.

Friendly staff, didn't have to wait to be seen. And they took the extra time to make sure my nails looked perfect and that I was happy with it. They also offer drinks while your there and have relaxing music playing. Really enjoyed it and will go again.

Just had my follow up appointment for microblading and am so pleased with the results! I've had my eyebrows tattooed twice before (which is a different process)and have always been disappointed with the end result but Lucia who did my eyebrows was fantastic and so methodical a real hidden gem in Reading !
