Hayley took the time to listen and completely understood what I was looking for and also offered really good advice and I am absolutely loving my eyebrows, they really have made such a difference. I had my eyebrows done years ago and it cost me substantially more and did not last as I had microblading done and this faded very quickly. Hayley is very professional and takes so much care into ensuring that her client is 110% happy and I wouldn't now go to anyone else and will go back to Hayley for future touch-ups. Also, a genuinely lovely and considerate person who puts you at ease.

I recently took the plunge and got my eyebrows and top eyeliner done - really happy with the results, looks so natural and saves me lots of time getting ready in the morning! Hayley is very friendly and professional, and made me feel comfortable & reassured the whole time. She kept checking I was ok during the procedure and she did a bit at a time so I could see the progress and let her know if I wanted anything changing. Really happy that I have brows all the time now, wish I’d done it sooner! ;)

She did my lip liner and it looks brilliant, I was a little apprehensive about having it done but Hayley is so professional she put my mind at rest and was very understanding and kind.
