I first used Beauty Box when I was pregnant with my second daughter, who is now 12. But since Annie has taken over, I feel like I’m coming to meet up with friends every time I come for a treatment. I am always welcomed, offered a drink, we chat and I come away feeling so wonderful. Annie really does have the best team working with her, I regularly have Vitoria do my nails, but no matter who you get, the quality is always outstanding. They care about you; they remember details from previous visits and ask how things are going. This is more than just a business for them, they really do want to make your life better. Annie is constantly finding out what’s new out there and what can benefit her clients. She takes such care of her staff, investing in their skills and broadening their knowledge and they are genuinely happy to come to work; the atmosphere reflects this. Annie has also been so amazing at helping me change appointments when emergencies have happened, she goes out of her way to make sure she can help. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I have a pedicure and waxing every couple of months. Annie bought specific colour nail polish for me as I like dark colours and Vitoria as always gives a great pedicure. Love the fact I am treated as a friend rather than a customer. Annie & her team are lovely, can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been visiting The Beauty Box in Pangbourne for waxing treatments for a few years now. Last week I was treated to a 'Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage' and a 'Revive your Eyes' treatment. Both were totally wonderful! Suzie was excellent and I walked out in a very relaxed state! The whole team at Beauty Box are very welcoming and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was so happy with my trip to the beauty box! I had a gel manicure, my eyebrows tinted and shaped and an eyelash lift and tint. The girls who work there are so lovely and make you feel welcome! I was even treated to a glass of Prosecco during my treatment. I was made to feel very welcome and the outcome I was extremely happy with. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone. Fantastic from start to finish! Annie really made it a special afternoon for birthday celebrations! Our treatments were amazing all of the girls were fab. Annie even put up banners and balloons for us and topped us up with Prosecco during our treatments. We cannot recommend them all enough - we will be booking in again very soon x
