Service was good and nails look lovely and are still looking good! Just be aware, if you book an appointment be prepared to wait a good while after your appointment time! Was atleast 4 people including myself when attended for my appointment, had to wait nearly 25 minutes before being seen as im guessing took walks in as well! Otherwise, can't fault the service

Very friendly staff, i was very pleased with my pedicure i had done yesterday a nice treat ,also while you are soaking your feet the chair gives you a bad massage nice extra treat, would definitely recommend Classy Nails in shirley, Southampton.

A difficult one, very good at nails but awful customer service. Rude, gruff & unpleasant member of staff. Maybe more time should be taken to explain services and products in a polite, friendly and clear manner. A smile would be nice too. Customers are spending their hard earned money here, this is no way to keep them. On the plus side the shop manager/owner is very professional and friendly and the actual nails are great. I'd love to return for the quality of my nails but I cannot excuse bad customer service.

Have been delighted with my nails every time I've visited. Which has been once a month for over 2 years. Friendly staff and spoilt for choice. From shelac to gel and much more. The colour range of polishes are fenominal. As are the pretty artistic free hand designs. Recomend to anyone who has that special occasion to go to. Or if like myself just like to treat yourself.

Classy nails situated in shirley high street.A family run buisness which is friendly and give a high class service to all customers.They will give you advise a nd make reccomendation if you ask very efficent.There isnt parking fascillities although there are publlc car parķs nearby.

Iv always been more than happy using classy nails. I started off having my nails being done to cheer me up because iv lupus and I was scratching my arms so bad they were pouring with blood and being under hosp I had every test going to see why my arms were so bad. I had every cream imaginable. I looked terrible and had to hide my arms. So this day 6yrs ago I went to classy nails and explained about my arms and the scratching. I had acrylics put onto my nails, they were painted beautifully and I felt like a million dollars. From that day on I still scratch because lupus will never leave me but i couldn't break the skin because my nails were shaped and smooth. I went back to hosp next appointment and the doctor couldn't believe my arms were clear, I explained the nail bar and she got other staff in the room to show them the before and after of my arms all through having my nails done. They took photos and asked if they could use them for training. So 6yrs later I'm still going to classy nails and very happy with there services nails hands and feet. I strongly advice anyone to use this nail bar, staff are great, there services are perfect and they have a huge collection off colours and sometimes I leave it upto them to choose colours/design for me. Thankyou so much all the staff.
