Had my 1st appointment here for Hybrid Lash Extensions last week and I'm very happy with the outcome. Molly was friendly and professional, made sure I was comfortable during the treatment, explained things clearly, and answered any questions I had. The young woman who did my lashes was the owner daughter and what a credit she is to her ! I will be going back ! I am a Canadian and just recently moved to Southampton for school. I regularly get my eyelashes done in Canada and so I am quite particular about the way they look. I went to Kelly Ann's Beauty and Gemma saw me - I have literally nothing but amazing things to say. Not only was she a sweetheart, she was careful, gentle and did my lashes identical to how I have them done back home in Canada!!!! I showed her a photo of how I normally get them done and she did them perfectly. I would highly recommend these guys!!!! Everyone there was friendly and welcoming!

I LOVE Kelly Ann’s Beauty! I have had eyelash extensions done a few times by beauty technicians there and each and every time I have left feeling uplifted and happy. If I could afford to get my lashes done regularly, I would 150% chose here... however, even though I’m not a regular customer I have been had the most amazing service every single time. The team are always so lovely and knowledgable. They are happy to answer questions and make you feel comfortable. As you’ll know if you get your lashes done... they can take a while but the girls there always make the time fly by being chatty but they also know when to give you some peace and quiet when you need it... so much so you may even fall asleep (it was just the once, I promise, sorry about the snoring!) My mum also had a lash lift done here, but a lovely girl who was training... she did a fanatic job, we were amazed by the results and the process was fab, the trainee was overseen by an experienced member of staff the whole time and my mum still felt so comfortable and relaxed! Love this place!! Got my nails done twice last year and both times they lasted for so long!! Staff are so so lovely and welcoming. I went back just last week to get my lashes done for the very first time. I was nervous but the two lovely ladies Gemma and Daisi were both so so welcoming and we had a good laugh whilst they perfected my lashes. The eyelashes themselves look absolutely stunning and I have received several compliments since!! Thank you to the lovely ladies working there and thanks for seeing me in such short notice!! I went to Kelly Ann’s for a manicure and a pedicure. To my disappointment there were limited choice of colours to choose from, the worker seemed inexperienced, her hands were unsteady, pulling my cuticles roughly, applied multiple coats of polish unevenly sparing the edges untill they looked awful. I was absolutely shocked. Giving 3 stars as the senior lady was kind enough to come and acknowledge the blunder. She redid it for me which I appreciate. Other services might be good but would not recommend for a manicure and pedicure.

Very good place! The staff are very welcome to ask my questions carefully and their skill of eyelash extension are perfect! I choose classic eyelash extension and it looks natural and makes my eyes shine.😍The material they use is pure silk which is harmless to eyes. Sometimes my eyes will become allergic if use bad material, but it don’t appear any issues in this store!! Before the extension day, they give me a test to make sure I can take it. The decoration in the store is very modern and clean as well. Really appreciate and recommend this beauty store for eyelash extension and nails in Southampton.

I came here for a couple of treatments now and I must say I was really happy with the results. Had a lash perm and recommend if you don’t want to get extensions but want more defined eyelashes. My eyebrows were really damaged from having them done at this terrible place but at Kelly Ann’s I was able to get my eyebrows done and I was really happy with the results.

Both myself and my mother had a dermaplanning which was a fantastic experience and professionally executed. We followed this with the collagen face mask which was lovely and relaxing! Both Gemma and Molly were great and very knowledgeable about there skills. Salon was Covid friendly. Would 100% recommend and we will be back for further treatments.

I came here for a full set of volume lashes after my own lashes had been badly damaged by another company. They were wonderful. Took my old lashes off which was very difficult, daisy explained I needed a 2 week break to let my own lashes repair. I went back today for them to be done and wow! I'm so happy with them. They feel so light and natural. The look is dramitically different to what I had. So so pleased. This place has very professional staff who aren't just after a quick buck. I recently did 1 to 1 training at Kelly Ann’s Beauty in Eyelash Lift and Tint. I was taught by Daisy. I was apprehensive as I have previously done 1 day beauty courses before with other providers, and upon completion left feeling not very confident. This was not at all the case at Kelly Ann’s. This was fantastic experience, Daisy was so supportive and through during the whole course. I’d really recommend and would love to go back for another course when I have the time.

I wanted my eyelashes done but had no clue where to go after reading the reviews for Kelly's perfect lashes I decided to try them. I was asked how I wanted them and never having them done before I wanted natural but full looking lashes and I was not disappointed! Daisi did my lashes which were just how I expected! I went there today for gel nails and Pedicure, thought my treat myself. On arrival Daisy greeted me with a smile. Then another member of staff asked me if I would like a coffee, which was very nice. Then Gemma asked me to take a sit and we start soaking off my nails. Gemma was very professional and took her time to do the job properly, no rushing at all like in my previous experience somwhere else.Gemma made sure I was happy with the service. Then after nails had my Pedicure done for the first time in my life. What can I say... what an amazing experience, Gemma was more then great so gentle and cared about if I am comfortable. I loved every minute of it and the massage chair was amazing too so Lush 🥰 I absolutely LOVE this place and definitely will come back in fact I can't wait to come back ❤😍🥰

Literally heroes! My daughter and I had a very bad experience with a home based salon and Kelly Ann's rescued us and saved the day! Having to remove very badly applied lashes from very sore eyes and make us a feel a million dollars even though the natural lashes we had left were extremely sparse! Definately recommend! I trained with Kelly doing individual eye lashes extensions. I chose Kelly as she was trained by a high standard company, I also had seen some of Kelly's work before so knew I was going to get good professional training. Kelly was very understanding and spoke clearly so I understood everything making sure I never missed any information. I did 6 models with Kelly watching and giving me tips along the way, which made me feel more confident helping me through my practical quicker. I always find theory the hardest part of training but it was actually very clear and straight forward. It was all done online through email, making it easy for me to do it in my own time. The manual I was giving through email even got read out to me through the computer so I could just sit there and listen taking in all the information ready for my multiple choice exam. Once they were done my certificates come through the post ready for me to begin working as a eyelash technician. Kelly also gave me her email and phone number so if I ever needed any further help in the future she was always just a phone call away, building my confidence more and making me the eyelash technician I am today :D

I choose Kelly to train with for eyelash extensions as the previous course I had done I did not feel I had the confidence to go it alone and Kelly's website was very informative, when I spoke to Kelly she was very reassuring and she did not disappoint, the training was amazing and the ongoing support from Kelly is great, she allowed me to come in to see her at work with clients as well, would definitely recommend
