I decided to pamper myself with a deep cleansing facial and it was exceptional. The clinic is clean, warm and welcoming and my therapist was lovely. She explained what she was going to do, and she encouraged me to switch off and relax. The steam therapy was incredible. I felt thoroughly pampered!

Went in for my first Hydrafacial today and I can see my skin is glowing already! The people there are lovely - had a consultation before my appointment and they didn’t try to hard sell me on their products. The lady doing my facial explained every step of the process including aftercare. Would recommend :)

I had a wonderful experience when I visited at the beginning of November. The clinic was clean, bright and had an instantly welcoming and professional atmosphere. The staff were friendly and made me feel at ease (I am not a regular at beauty clinics!). I opted for the Deep Cleansing Facial which was wonderfully relaxing and left my skin feeling soft and glowing for days after the treatment. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been to skin hq in Southampton a couple of times now for two different facials. I had the deep cleanse facial which was lovely, I even had a head massage while the mask was on which was heaven! (never had that before) and then on my return I had the hydra facial, this has made my skin glow and feel healthier and tighter than ever! I will be going back for more and trying all their different treatments as they offer such a lovely range! This place looks amazing and makes you feel amazing after, wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

I had a facial at Skin HQ Southampton and it was amazing! I struggle with really sensitive skin so I was worried that my skin would react when using products different to my usual routine but I had no problems what so ever. The girls were so lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. Prior to the appointment I informed them about the sensitivity of my skin which they completely took on board as well as re- capping again once at my appointment and finding out what my daily skin routine was and any products which I used. They make sure the facial was adapted to the needs of my skin talking through with me each step of what they were doing. I came out of the facial feeling super relaxed and my skin felt incredible. The facility itself was bright, welcoming and clean! I will definitely be going back!

I go to SkinHQ for regular Hydrafacials, all the team are lovely and so welcoming and super accommodating if I need to change my appointment! Kenzie is brilliant, very knowledgeable and lovely to talk to, feel very at ease during our sessions and she gives great skincare (and life) advice! Definitely recommend!

I visited Skin HQ today for the First time and I can certainly say I wasn't disappointed. I had the 'fire and ice' facial with Lauren. I honestly could not sing her praises enough. Lauren was extremely professional and made me feel at total ease in her hands, each step of the facial was explained so that I had a very good understanding of what was going on. It was the first facial I have had in years (shameful to say) but I have already booked in for my next treatment and will definitely be continuing my monthly facials. 100% recommend :)
