I have been coming to the Ocean Rooms for a few months now for manicures, pedicures and recently I also had a massage and facial. I've been so happy with the service I have received every time I have come in; not only from the person doing my treatment but also from every other person in the salon, they are always smiling and so accommodating. My nails have grown stronger with their overlay treatments (which always look perfect) and the massage and facial was just amazing, thanks Morgan. Everything is always incredibly clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Fit me in last minute and were really accommodating. The salon was lovely, lots of space and felt safe. Staff were all wearing masks too. Really please with my gel nails, they did as I asked with no problem and took the time to make sure it was done well. Would recommend to all!

I was so delighted with my HD brow service today. Nikki was warm, professional and welcoming. Nikki respectfully asked if I’d prefer her to wear a mask which was a very attentive question. She talked me through everything she was doing and really payed attention to detail. I left feeling very in control of my brows moving forward and very pampered. Every therapist you encounter is as lovely as the last and although it’s a very up market salon environment they’re such down to earth, easy to chat to people 😀 you never feel self conscious or uncomfortable and they make every effort to make each treatment the best it can be.

I had a pregnancy massage followed by an Indian head massage with Charlotte, it was honestly incredible, for starters Charlotte is so professional but also caring and catered to all my needs. I’ve not had the comfiest of pregnancies but she really helped me to relax and take all the weight off my body. My bridal appointment for myself, my two bridesmaids and mother of the bride was absolutely flawless. I had gel tip nails, luxury pedicure, full body spray tan and eyebrow wax and tint. From arrival we felt so comfortable at the salon, such friendly and warm staff. I'm very picky about who does my eyebrows, but Charlotte did them so well and I will definitely be returning. My mum had never had her brows waxed or tinted and she came away feeling like a new woman, so thank you! We were all so impressed by each service we had and can't thank you enough - my spray tan looked so natural that at my wedding people genuinely asked me where I'd been on holiday!!!

It was relaxing and fun. Since I was keen she even told me about the benefits of each of the products she was using; which I found useful.

Had a lovely hot stone massage provided by Ellie, who was fantastic at explaining the treatment and aftercare. Amazing. I have had several hot stone massages before but nothing compares to this. It was honestly incredible. I arrived drenched and uncomfortable and as you walk in the place is very elegant; so I must admit I felt a bit out of place, especially as I had loose clothes on as I knew the massage oil would unavoidably go on them after! Starr was very friendly, down to earth and very welcoming which immediately made me feel better. We were late going in, and Starr did apologise but this was because Starr took her time with the previous client who was very chatty whilst paying and needed extra assistance; I mention this because customer service is often lacking now but Starr was very patient and helpful. I had a hot stone massage and it was amazing. Starr worked very hard and was very thorough. The room was dark, the bed was heated and could be lowered (which as a small person I appreciated) and very comfortable, the music was relaxing and the massage was fab. What more could I ask for?

But I did have a shellac manicure here and it didn’t even last a week and was on holiday so couldn’t go back to get it repaired! Was a little disappointing. Normally I would give a 5 star rating but after needing to cancel my appointment due to new work commitments they charged me half the treatment price. Its absolutely ridiculous! The treatments are not the cheapest either and when I tried to just reschedule instead of cancel I would still get charged the same price. Never had this before! Extremely poor service.
