I love coming here to get my nails done. The girls are lovely and always do an amazing job…. Came in yesterday to have my infills done and a colour and Seline did a fabulous job….. have been coming here for a few years now (after trying a few other not so good salons) and cannot recommend it enough….

Reading other reviews I wonder if it’s the same salon as I can’t say that I received a warm welcome. I checked in and was told to take a seat and then ignored until after a while I was given a clipboard which I assumed was to fill in. The salon was cold and the girls had hot water bottles which they hugged to keep warm. The girl then took my clipboard and beckoned me to follow her. We went upstairs to the treatment room where I was left to undress and climb on the really high massage table (no step). I was disappointed that I wasn’t made welcome or informed what was happening. The room was heated by a noisy blow heater so I could barely hear the “relaxing” music. But at least it was warm unlike the rest of the building. So after donning the paper pants which don’t cover anything I put a small towel over myself before she returned. As she started with the treatment I asked if the overhead lights could be dimmed as they were very bright and not creating a relaxing ambiance. Once they were off it was much nicer with the wall lights. I closed my eyes and tried to imagine I was in a tropical country and it was the air conditioning making the loud blowing noise. I was disappointed that there was no face hole in the massage table and when I turned to lie on my front my face was squashed against a plastic sheet, which was uncomfortable as I lay flat, getting neck ache. The treatment itself was very good but unfortunately I had to leave the warm room in only a towel that didn’t go all the way round me to cross the cold landing barefoot to the bathroom to have a shower to remove the exfoliating lotion. The bathroom was of course cold and I was shown clean towels and a robe to wear afterwards. I was left to turn on the shower and hose myself down in a cubicle where there was an almost empty shower gel bottle lying on the floor and a couple of other almost used ones wedged into the soap dish holder. Back in the treatment room after a cold barefoot dash across the landing I had to hurl myself back onto the high table practically naked in front of my masseuse, embarrassing. She continued with the treatment which was wonderful, especially as the hole for my face had magically appeared. Halfway through the second half she turned off the heater which was lovely as I could appreciate the music. She did however open the door and go to the corridor and when she returned I thought someone else was in the room (my eyes were closed) but they weren’t. All in all the treatment she provided was worth 5 stars but because of the lack of welcome, instructions, and other little inconveniences I am only giving a 3. It seems that the salon provides great nail care but other massage and pedicure treatments are not up to spa standards. The finishing touches are not there which is a shame.

I don't usually do reviews but this girl needs one!! I went for a Hollywood waxing today and for the first time I met Celine!! I am 34 weeks pregnant and I was bit scared at first,but she made me feel confortable and most of all no pain at all!! She is the best if you go to the salon ask for her!! Thank you Celine! xx

I've been to the salon a few times now and I'm always very pleased. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I'm always very happy with the eyebrow threading and tint by Sabrina, as she's very thorough and she has given my eyebrows a really good shape. As for the manicures I have only done them a couple of times but I was also very happy as both times, the ladies were trying to do exactly what I asked for, by even going as far as mixing colours of the nail polish and applying additional layers to make it look like it did in the photo. Overall very good service.

I got my hair dyed and cut, along with my eyebrows and eyelashs tinted on Friday 21st January by a woman with long reddy/orangey hair (sorry can't remember her name!). Wanted to leave a review because she was great and I'm very happy with the results for all services I had done. She had the right balance of listening to what I wanted but also giving advice as to what would be best for me. Very happy with the results and will be coming back!

I have been a regular client at Vikki Pinks for many years. The girls are all amazing, it is literally my 'happy place'. They provide a fantastic service and will try to accommodate if you need to move around appointments. Ruth does my hair, and also both my daughters.. she is honest, caring and I am always happy with the results. Value for money is superb. Cannot recommend the place high enough!

We took our 4 year old granddaughter here to have her nails done for her birthday, she loves the vast array of nail varnish colours and finally decided on a pale pink colour with a sprinkling of sparkly Glitter. Both the treatment and the price of the treatment was very very good.

I use to go there to get my nails done and the team of girls there are really professional. I had a bad experience when threading my eyebrow with one of they who did not do a great job but overall always a please experience. Little attention such as drinks and biscuits are really appreciated too.

The place is absouleltey stunning. Came here for the first time to do my brows, upper lips and chin and it was done with care and in a timely manner. The price is very reasonable! Afterwards the lady also put aloe on the spots and it just felt amazing. Very satisfied with the work and I'll be back for sure!

I live in London, but was spending a couple of days with my niece in Southampton. She decided to treat us to a pampering gel manicure . I get them done regularly in London at HC Nails & Spa or Shavata. I was hoping we can sit next to each other and chat, but unfortunately the work stations are away from each other. It did take me a while to decide on a color and style, and was hoping the nail technician ( I believe her name was Nicky ) will help me, but no luck. She did not build a rapport with me, neither interacted much (in fact she was more interested in talking to her colleagues than me, which I found very odd). Despite that, she did an amazing job by painting my nails to perfection and as close as possible to the cuticles (something I always want, but rarely get). 11 days later, my nails are still looking great with no chips or peeled corners. My niece finished first, and was given a free mini cuticle oil , and I wasn't made aware, neither got one. The job end result was 5 stars, but interaction and client engagement unfortunately was 2 stars, hence my overall scoring of 4. I will make sure to visit the salon again when I am next in Southampton and have my nails done by the same person,despite her lack of client engaging skills- we can't have it all after all! :D

I treated myself to a last minute mani/pedi here before boarding a cruise. The staff were fabulously accommodating, and in order to fit me in , organized for two techs to work on me simultaneously. Krishma on hands and Nichola on feet, did an excellent job and were excellent conversational company: fun, well-spoken and friendly. The price was reasonable (very reasonable compared to the same services onboard the ship!) and I left for the port smiling, relaxed and well-groomed. Ukiyo is well-situated on High Street, a short cab ride from the cruiseport. Would definitely do that again!

Roshni is an incredible hair stylist , for years I have searched for the perfect colour perfect cut etc, tried 100’s of hair salons and never achieved anything close to what I asked for. Roshni came recommend by a friend , she did an amazing job on my friends hair, so I booked in, although sceptical as on all my previous visits to salons, I can not tell you what a difference WOW !! Perfect colour perfect cut , Roshni knew what I wanted and achieved with perfect results !! Can not recommend highly enough , if like me you have tried other salons and still looking for the perfection we all crave, look no further. You will not be disappointed. Wow wow wow !!!
