I have booked a special offer, one month, unlimited course which is exceptionally good value for money. I am extremely impressed with the whole salon, the sunbeds are like none I have used anywhere else, with periodic spritzing mist sprays and touch screens inside to control music and temperature etc. absolutely fantastic. The reception staff are really welcoming and helpful and the salon is spotlessly clean. I love the little touches too, the wink-ease and Werther's original sweet left on the sunbed for me. Have recommended to all my friends too. I genuinely look forward to going and always coordinate for after my PT session at the gym - so relaxing! Thank you to all the team at Vivid Glow.

I highly recommend the sun beds in this salon. The staff were so friendly and helpful, showed us how to use the beds which are really cool and super high tech compared to most. Every visit is like a little therapy session 💖 We started coming a few weeks ago for a base tan for my sisters wedding & we welcomed by all of the staff that we have met. They kindly showed us how to use the machines & were open to all of our questions. Firstly the salon is stunning, beautiful and most importantly clean, from the moment you step in the door you're always welcomed by the smiling friendly staff. The sunbed rooms are so thought out with everything you may need from eye covers, cleaning wipes, deodorant and GHD hair straighteners and even a little sweet for afters ;-) These have to be the best beds I have used for the depth of tanning and for never burning. Lastly what an absolute pleasure being able to book online knowing you'll not be waiting around to use the beds is a massive bonus, I've been using sunbeds for years and these are the first to have a booking system. 100% Highly recommended!!

There are a range of products available catering both men and women once you have used the beds, deodorants etc. I always walk away from there feeling lifted and happier. Absolutely love going to vivid glow. The salon is elegant and spotlessly clean, the staff are so helpful and friendly and show you how to change the comfort settings to suit you. The rooms are spacious and offer wipes, body sprays and hair straighteners handy if you have to go straight out somewhere after tanning. The beds are by far the best sun beds I’ve ever been on, so luxurious with options to play different music, alter the temperature and fan, add cooling mist and aromas. By far the best sunbeds down south... not only do you get amazing results after just one use but they are the cleanest sunbeds too. Such high standards there. Best sun bed experience in southampton. I have zero affiliation with Vivid Glow... I am just so impressed with their customer service and product. I had to wait for about 5-6 minutes for my lay down sun bed (which was not a problem at all) but the staff offered me a free tanning lotion for the inconvenience which was a lovely gesture. The tanning rooms were impeccable and state-of-the-art! I have never been somewhere so clean, and the service was outstanding! They provided FREE eye cover, and not just any eye cover, they gave TWO types of eye cover for longer lashes in case people had false lashes... after you’d finished tanning you had the option of face wipes, deodorant, face wipes, hair straighteners etc... I can’t comment enough on how phenomenal the level of service was and I would never go anywhere else now. Vivid Glow is where it’s at for a fast, reliable and trustworthy service :) I recommend all my friends there! (I didn’t even wanna write this review because it might mean that they get busier and I can’t get my favourite time!!)

Found vivid glow on Google and reviews were good so thought I would give them a call. I booked a session and was so pleased I did, I have been on beds closer to me which I've had to book a fair few sessions to get a fairly decent glow I didn't realise bed quality was a thing but after my second session at vivid glow I am absolutely made up and love the results such good quality and value. The service is very good, all very friendly and welcoming and the freebies are really lovely too so after only two visits the experience I've got is well worth the longer drive. 100% recommend if you want great results and a great experience.

I have been twice now, and on both occasions I was made to feel very welcomed, It was explained to me very clearly how to use the sunbeds and they were more than happy to answer my questions about how often I should use them and for how long ect. The salon itself is beautiful, So elegant and clean. Its so easy to book an appointment on line. Its hassle free, and I have a "Glow" to me already. I have been going to Vivid for about 9 months now and it really is my favourite place to go after a stressful week. It is pre-bookable so no queues or busy waiting rooms. I've only had to wait a few minutes one time as they were running behind and they gave me a freebie. The beds are always, cleaned before every customer, they are the best beds I've ever used. I have never been burnt and I have sensitive skin. The best place to relax while getting a great tan!

I’ve discovered Vivid Glow since they opened and since my very first visit I have never looked anywhere else... if you are sun-bed lover you definitely need to try this place! And here is few reasons why; - This place is always incredibly clean and always smells nice, compare to my previous experiences in sun-beds I’ve visited during my lifetime this one is spotless and make you feel like I wanna stay there all day long. :) - The staff is always happy and always happy to help answer all your questions! Massive thank you to Mel who has been absolutely pleasure to be around, she’s very knowledgeable about what she do! Her customer service is just brilliant! - The beds! I’m sure I’m not the only one but for years after each sun-bed I was always burning and then peeling like crazy regardless for how long I went or what protection I was suing from burning myself. At Vivid Glow and their “magic” beds I have never - EVER burned or peeled even after a long session. The beds makes your skin instantly brown and with a bit of moisturiser after the session you have guaranteed tan for weeks! I’m not good at leaving feedback, but this place certainly deserves one! I’m and I will be their loyal customer for years!! They do care about their customers and you can feel it first thing when you’re coming to the shop! My next step will be their teeth whitening service as I heard is just unbelievable! Check their Instagram photos if you’re looking for some bit of inspiration to make your smile pearly white! - Mel one more time thank you for explaining me everything about the teeth whitening kit! The best experience!!🤩 I went this evening for the first time and was quite worried I would hate it but the woman was so lovely, made sure I felt safe and assured me I was going to be okay and could stop at any point. She took her time to go through everything with me. The salon is decorated perfectly and everything was cleaned to an amazing standard. As it was my first time I was offered tan accelerator also every visit includes complimentary eye protectors, wipes and Werther's original. Each sunbed room has deodorant, wipes and ghd's! This is such a lovely sunbed salon! Very clean, Lovely staff and very modern! The beds they have are amazing, custom your settings, special aromas and you can also play your own music, they even have the option to save your settings for every visit. I visited Vivid glow as I have recently moved to Woolston and I have to say from the moment I walked in I didn’t feel out of place. I was made to feel welcome and the sun beds were explained perfectly. I’m used to just walking into a sun bed shop and just being told you have 3 mins to get ready your bed will start and then your on your way, not vivid you are shown everything and explained how the ergoline beds work. Very happy with my visit and will be back for more tanning!
