After a previous bad experience I was nervous about being waxed but I'm so glad I came here. Rina (I think her name was) was absolutely amazing!! She was really knowledgeable & talked me through the different types of wax, chatted happily away & made me feel so relaxed it didn't even hurt. Amazing lady at a great place. Will 100% be back & will happily recommend to anyone!

I have been a regular at this salon for a number of years. The service is absolutely fantastic! All members of staff are welcoming, friendly and polite. I have had multiple sessions of laser hair removal and facials, all treatments have been brilliant! Thank you to Simran (the manager) for a lovely experience every time I visit. I have been coming to Beauty Box, Burton since it opened a few years ago for laser hair removal. I am always welcomed by polite and friendly staff, the salon is immaculate. I visited recently after the lockdown restrictions were eased and I am glad to know that the salon is a safe place with high levels of cleanliness throughout. The quality in customer service is still as good as ever and the Polaris laser hair removal treatment continues to work wonders! I would highly recommend this salon.

I went for their eyebrows threading, walk in and wait service. I didn't have to wait though, as I went late Saturday afternoon when it was quiet. It was clean and tidy and the staff were professional.It took just a couple of minutes and only cost £2!!! Fabulous!(And I felt & looked so much better afterwards! )

Highly recommend this salon all treatments are carried out to a very high standard all staff are so friendly and go the extra mile to listen to what you actually want I’m very fussy with my brows etc but they get it perfect every time wouldn’t go anywhere else prices are brilliant considering the high quality treatments you receive you won’t be disappointed xx
