I had an appointment with Tara for a lash enhancement. I was a bit nervous of having a procedure so close to my eyes at first. Tara squashed all of my nerves very quickly after meeting her as she is so friendly, professional, welcoming and down to earth! I would certainly recommend Tara to anyone considering permanent makeup treatments. She’s absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I would not believe that she hasn’t been in the profession long! I’m looking forward to seeing her again for my top up and seeing my final results 🖤

November 2022 been to Jessica and had my brows and eyeliner topped top and they both look absolutely amazing. I first had them both done In 2018 with Jess and was over the moon with them then.....had my brows touched up again in 2020 with awesome results. Now again the just look "wow" . Jessica is so amazing she has made me so happy she has given me beautiful eyebrows after years of me hating mine which were sparse and non-existent also I'm never late now for anything due to not having to try and draw on eyebrows and then take them off and reapply for like an hour or more and still looking hideous. Jess has been doing my eyebrows for years and has recently done my Eyeliner! Her work is incredible and she is an amazing person, and very professional. I am so in love my with brows!!!! I was so nervous at first, I was worried I wouldn't be able to explain the type of brow i wanted. I wanted something quite natural looking but needed an improvement on my natural brow. I felt like Jessica was really knowledgeable, she listened and understood what I wanted. She made me feel at ease and involved me in the shade choice too. I am absolutely in love with my brows now and I am unsure why it took me so long to sort them out in the first place!!! If anyone is looking for semi permanent make up - this is the lady you need !!!!

Had my eyebrows done beginning of 2018 by by someone else and they were really bad. Went to Jessica September 2018 for microblading correction and have loved my eyebrows since. Had top up in 2019 and also my eyeliner done beginning of 2020 and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Love my brows and eyeliner. Jessica and Chloe are both friendly & welcoming. I recently had my eyebrow top up booked in and paid in full upon booking but later found out I was pregnant. I was refunded in full without even asking! I would only ever go to Jessica & Chloe for my eyebrows and eyeliner.

I cannot recommend this lovely lady enough!! From start to finish, the whole experience felt luxurious, like I was on Bond Street in London, not Burton!! The atmosphere is friendly, super clean and wholely enjoyable! I had previously had my eyebrows done but they were fading, Jess redesigned my brows and completely blew me away, I am IN LOVE with my new eyebrows, they're PERFECT, I've never had so many compliments! Thank you Jess and Team! I got my eyebrows microbladed 18/04/19, I waited for a little while before reviewing due to having oily skin and being darker skinned. I had seen people saying the micoblading didn’t work for my skin type or it turned a funny colour. Well I’m happy to report not for me 😊. Jess is phenomenal, she gave me brows! I am ever so grateful to her, from start to finish I felt valued as a customer, she talked me though every step, I felt comfortable and at ease. I would recommend jess 100% and if you’re unsure there is no need, book now! It’s the best decision I made in 2019! I receive compliments about my brows everywhere I go, they look so natural people are honestly shocked that they’re not mine. I was so nervous going for even my consultation as I feel a lot of salons and aesthetic places can be quite judgemental and I’m very self conscious. Literally as soon as I walked in Chloe and Jess made me feel so welcome and so relaxed, I’ve had a couple of treatments now and I could not be happier it’s always a giggle and you leave feeling like a million dollars. Jess is an absolute master of her work. I had SPMU at a top clinic in London but I just wasn’t happy with it. Jess fixed my brows and the colour had lasted far longer than my old brows ever did.
