I’m certainly becoming a regular now at The Treatment Rooms! Heather is so lovely and welcomes me every time. Heather has been so helpful in the past advising me on treatments for my lashes that have gone from non existent to long, full gorgeous lashes that make my eyes pop! I just love them. Molly, the beauty therapist is amazing at lash lifts. If ever I don’t want any makeup on I’ll feel a lot more confident now my lashes look this incredible. Thank you ladies, so impressed yet again!! I’ll see you both soon!!

I visited today for the 1 hour special and it was absolutely incredible. Molly was so calming and professional, she talked me through everything and did an amazing job. I've never had any kind of pedicure before and I've always been self conscious but I decided to bite the bullet and treat myself, Molly made me feel at ease and calmed my worries quickly. The Indian head massage was outstanding, I've never felt so relaxed, I nearly nodded off on the table! She went through all of the oil options and let me pick which one I liked the best, made sure the pressure was okay and worked on my head, neck, shoulders and chest, I left feeling like a new woman! Thank you so much, I WILL be back!

This was my first visit to The Treatment Rooms and I must say I am very impressed by their treatments, service and overall atmosphere. My therapist (Molly) was both professional and approachable, she took time find out about any existing health issues that needed to be considered in my treatment. I had a back & neck massage which was done exceptionally well and as a result I have decided to make this a regular treatment. I also found that the all the other staff I encountered whilst there were helpful and friendly. I would happily recommend this business to others.

I visited the Treatment Rooms today with a friend for their Day of Indulgence Spa Day and we had a fantastic time, we can’t wait to book and go again. I visit on a regular basis for plexi-gel shellac nails, I am always so happy with the atmosphere, team and services. Today just topped this off for me. We arrived and were led to the Garden Retreat, a lovely relaxed room with a nice log fire and gowns and slippers ready for us to relax in. We started with pedicures and manicures - left with lovely nails. Molly and Myleigh were great therapists, we couldn’t have asked for more. After lunch we had a very relaxing massage and facial. The brunch and lunch boxes and all the little finishing touches all add to the experience. We left thoroughly relaxed and would definitely recommend!

The service I received was incredible, from the moment I booked in to when I left I couldn’t fault a single minute of my experience with the treatment rooms. All the staff are very friendly and incredibly professional and the owner made my experience very personal. Certainly won’t be going to another salon again.

My appointment had to be changed twice, although not from my side the first time, but the second rescheduling was due to a family emergency. The lovely receptionist ( whose name I keep forgetting, sorry! ) was very understanding and gave me time to call back to rebook later. Myleigh did my lash lift and volume treatment. She is a very nice and professional young lady and I had no worries being in her care. I’d happily go back with no qualms.

My daughter and I had the Duo Retreat experience today, the whole experience was amazing. We both felt so relaxed and chilled after our treatments, thank you Myleigh and Niamh. The garden room has a lovely atmosphere and the delicious afternoon tea and Prosecco were a lovely end to a wonderful treat. We’d both highly recommend the Duo Retreat for an indulgent, pampering afternoon at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back again soon! Thank you xx

Enjoyable experience however it felt odd to have my facial half way through my body massage. Which left me face down after the facial for the remainder of my massage. The room was nice and the relaxing music pleasant a shame the traffic noise and conversation of passers by intruded on the experience.

I have been having hybrid lash extentions here for a while now! Staff are very welcoming and make me feel relaxed! My lashes look amazing! So fluffy! And are comfortable 😍! They lasted 3weeks (and still have plenty left as well) despite me wearing a face mask and visor at work 3-4times/week for 12hour shifts! Would definitely recommend the treatment rooms ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been using The Treatment Rooms for a while now and the service is absolutely excellent. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and you feel pampered from the minute you walk through the door. The quality of the products used is fantastic and you truly feel at home as soon as you walk in, not to mention the gorgeous surroundings and relaxing garden to chill out in after your treatment. I organised a 50th birthday spa retreat for my friend and 6 others at the Treatment Rooms. Heather was so professional, organised and went out of her way to accommodate us. We were all really impressed with everything. The whole day went so smoothly and was great value for money. The treatments were amazing. The Indian head massage was just incredible! Niamh and Miley the therapists were fabulous. The afternoon tea was delicious and everyone loved having our own retreat outbuilding which made it all really intimate and personal. Heather was on hand all day to check that we were ok and had everything that we needed. I could not recommend more! Thank you for making it a fantastic day 🥰 I would not go anywhere else.

I would highly recommend the services at The Treatment Rooms, Tutbury. I visited for an Indian Head Massage and it was 45 minutes of bliss! Staff were welcoming, courteous, professional and friendly. Plenty of parking available in the village, online booking system is an excellent addition and in the current pandemic, I can assure you that safety precautions were in place and adhered to by staff and visitors. Can't wait for my next visit!

Just enjoyed an absolutely fabulous solo spa day…. Starting with coffee and a fabulous luxury manicure and pedicure with Myliegh, gorgeous lunch, followed by a stunning Decleor facial and massage with Niamh. I didn’t want the day to end. Lastly I couldn’t review without mentioning the fabulous Heather, her customer service is fantastic, she has created a real boutique vibe with a welcoming and personalised feel.
