Microdermabrasion at previous salons felt quick and basic but I came here to this salon to try one and I've never looked back. Book Cheryl the owner. She really knows her stuff and her facial was just so relaxing. The young lady has magic hands and a very calming way about her and a very soothing voice. The treatment room was perfect, smelt beautiful and was just so relaxing that I nodded off. I was surprised to get so much more for my money here, the soothing skin products were just famous. My skin transformed. I had bad acne but since having this weekly treatment here my skin has never looked better. 5 stars.

Took mum to have her nails done as she loves having them done and was welcomed by Beth who helped her to her seat and chatted about the treatment she was having. All staff were very helpful and chatty and well covered up to the Covid 19 standards. After her nails were done she was offered a paraffin wax hand treatment which worked wonders for her arthritis in her hands. Cheryl the owner carried out the treatment and was lovely looking after mum as she’s also partially deaf. I highly recommend this salon/spa to everyone as the staff seem to always go the extra mile. Thank you all at Elexa for looking after mum, she will definitely be back 👍👍👍👍

I am always nervous about visiting new salons in a new area for the fear of racism or being judged. I read the many positive reviews regarding the therapists and their reputation which lead me to make the decision to book in at this salon. I booked in with the owner Cheryl. What a genuine kind lady. She was an amazing therapist who gave me excellent advice on my skin. I had a Microdermabrasion treatment. The whole process was explained to me in depth, how the treatment works, what to expect and great aftercare advice. I was treated very respectfully. My treatment was carried out in a beautiful private room on the 1st floor. Cheryl was very knowledgeable on my religion we had a great and interesting chat. I would advise anyone who is nervous or apprehensive to visit this salon. Very multicultural and I very much enjoyed my therapy.

Salon is well stocked with lots to chose from, Cheryl was so professional, friendly and so easy to talk to. Visited this salon over the festive period. I was very impressed but how friendly and professional the team was. All my questions were answered on arrival. A verbal consultation of my treatment before I received was carried out by the therapist Cheryl who was very knowledgeable. The treatment room was clean, smelt amazing, was candle lit, warm, relaxing and comfortable. Soft music plays and my hot stone back massage was to die for. All my problem areas were found by Cheryl who eased all my tension. I left feeling extremely relaxed. I also had a complimentary scalp massage which I didnt expect which was outstanding. I cant recommend this place enough and will be making more visits this year.

Today I had the Radio Frequency Skin Tightening Facial and it was amazing, Cheryl did the left side of my face first and while she was doing the right side I could feel the the left side tightening immediately. I could see the difference in my face straight away and my face feels so soft and smooth, I would highly recommend this treatment.

My 8 year old daughter had a pamper party here yesterday. It was fantastic! Lots of treatments for the girls which they all absolutely loved. The salon was decorated for the party with banners etc which was a nice touch. The cakes, popcorn, lollipops and especially the pink lemonade went down well! The staff were excellent, really friendly and great with the children. I would definitely recommend this salon, thank you so much for an amazing party, my daughter loved it!

I just had Sarah cut and colour my hair and I honestly cannot write enough reviews for how amazing she was. I wanted to change my haircut completely and colour it red and she not only met but exceeded my expectations. I feel like a new person! I can recommend any of the treatments especially the stone massage and facial by Ellie K!! Wow she’s has fantastic hands. The room is comfortable with a heated couch and subtle background music. I requested a firm massage and found it to be therapeutic as it eased the knots in my shoulders. The facial and head massage were a perfect ending to the session. Highly recommended!! Went here today for hot stone massage & facial. It was so relaxing, I believe it was with Liv? Who is so lovely and really made me feel comfortable during the massages. Loved the scalp massage and facial was lovely and relaxing. Can't wait to book myself in for some other little treats. All the girls are really friendly I would definitely recommend 😊 oh and for everyone having trouble parking...... You either have the ncp in the kingsway or Northampton Car park, £2.40 for 2 hours... I have been a regular client at Elexa Elegance since just after they first opened. I've lost count now the number of manicures I've had there and you can see mine and everyone's results in pics on their Facebook. Love the colours on offer especially the 'magic manicure'. Each one of my manicures has kept perfect for weeks. Cheryl, the owner, is such a lovely caring person and a professional to the end. You're made to feel welcome and special by the whole team, as soon as you walk through the door. I will never go anywhere else and can't recommend the Salon highly enough.

Beautifuly decorated, clean and cosy treatment rooms. Warm heated massage couches, hot fragrant towels. Candle lit, warm rooms.. just perfect. The team are extremely welcoming and friendly, talk you through your treatment, what to expect and aftercare. My therapist for my hot stone back massage and facial was Cheryl. She was extremely knowledgeable in treating my pain and managing my knots and problem areas. Cheryl has healing hands! Such a beautiful relaxing experience. Fantastic massuer i highly recommend.

I often have lashes done back home but being a student i needed to find somewhere in swansea to have them done. I had googled and read the amazing reviews on this salon and saw the amazing lashes on their facebook page so booked in pronto. I was not disapointed. I had a patch test which was required which most salons don't bother to do. This filled me with confidence. On my lash fitting cheryl gave me a consultation in which we discussed the look i wanted as they offer many types of lash styles, lengths and thickness. I decided on hybrid which is individual mixed with russian. My lashes were incredible. Cheryl transformed my lashes with stunning russian lashes fans that she had created herself. Words don't do my lashes justice. This lovely lady is super talented. A real great find and now i will not go anywjere else as these lashes are the best!

I found Sarah @ Elexa Elegance Beauty on GROUPON and thought the deal was a bargain so went for it - to be honest i just thought because of the price I would just get a standard color, wash, cut and blow dry...that was not the case at all!!
